Sono entrato per la rimozione di un tappo di cerume e sono uscito con l'orecchio più tappato di prima. L'intervento è stato condotto in maniera frettolosa e per niente accurata, nonostante fossi il primo paziente della giornata e dietro di me non ci fosse nessuno in attesa. La negligenza del dott. Melillo è stata confermata dal medico che mi ha visitato dopo una decina di giorni. Peccato che il SSN non adotti un sistema di valutazione dei medici. Non arrivando l'acqua calda ha pensato bene di effettuare la prestazione con l'acqua fredda e con scarsi risultati. Sono andata a casa con lo stesso problema (banale) con cui ero arrivata. Inoltre cortesia e un accenno di sorriso sono totalmente estranei alle sue competenze. Spero gli altri medici siano meglio! The polyclinic is new and clean but the performance of the otorino was hasty and poor to say the least. Not arriving the hot water has seen fit to perform the performance with cold water and with poor results. I went home with the same (trivial) problem with which I arrived. Furthermore courtesy and a hint of a smile are totally foreign to his skills. I hope the other doctors are better!

Purtroppo zero stelle non si possono dare altrimenti era zero!
