A	Alessandro Proto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale INCOMPETENZA e INADEGUATEZZA del personale, dall'accettazione maleducata all'aiuto "dottori" che sbaglia a farti entrare in questo caso dalla dermatologa sbagliata, 25 minuti dopo l'appuntamento. Per finire in bellezza, mezz'ora dopo quella che non aveva nemmeno l'impressione di essere una visita dermatologica effettuta da una signora presentatasi con il titolo di Dottoressa, totalmente incompetente, maleducata e dall'italiano imbarazzante pur essendo italiana, mi richiamano quando sono già dall'altra parte di Milano per tornare indietro in pieno orario di punta, perché sulla ricetta e sul referto aveva messo il nome e il codice fiscale di una signora. Nemmeno un accenno di scuse. Scene da "posti fissi" dei migliori film di Zalone, dove quando ti capitano in prima persona però, soprattutto in ambito sanitario, non ridi. Se avete la sfurtuna di farvi assegnare questa struttura semi fatiscente dal numero unico di prenotazione sanitario, piuttosto aspettate qualche settimana/mese in più ma fatevi visitare da una struttura diversa, sicuramente più pulita, accogliente ma soprattutto COMPETENTE. Total INCOMPETENCE and INADEQUACY of the staff, from the rude acceptance to the help "doctors" who make a mistake in getting you in this case to the wrong dermatologist, 25 minutes after the appointment. To finish with a flourish, half an hour after what did not even have the impression of being a dermatological examination carried out by a lady who presented herself with the title of Doctor, totally incompetent, rude and with an embarrassing Italian despite being Italian, they call me back when I am already on the other side of Milan to go back in full rush hour, because on the recipe and on the report he had put the name and tax code of a lady. Not even a hint of an apology. Scenes from "fixed seats" of the best Zalone films, where when you happen in first person, however, especially in the health sector, you do not laugh. If you have the misfortune of having this semi-dilapidated structure assigned to you by the unique health reservation number, rather wait a few more weeks / months but let yourself be visited by a different structure, certainly cleaner, welcoming but above all COMPETENT.

Per fortuna una signora dei condomini di fronte, vedendomi girare avanti e indietro mi ha aiutata indicandomi il posto. L'accettazione era chiusa, ma l'infermiera e la dottoressa gentilissime e professionali. I put 4 stars and not 5 just because the entrance is practically hidden. With no sign except a house number on a tone-on-tone engraved sign. Luckily, a lady from the condominiums opposite, seeing me turn back and forth, helped me by showing me the place. The admission was closed, but the nurse and doctor were very kind and professional.

Il problema invece sorge nel raggiungere il CUP per prenotare o riguardo una prenotazione. IMPOSSIBILE!! Ho bisogno di parlare con voi...come faccio? Non rispondete mai? Amato (dermatology) deserves 5 stars - professional and kind. The problem instead arises in reaching the CUP to book or regarding a reservation. IMPOSSIBLE!! I need to talk to you ... how do I do it? Senza parole non mi hanno registrato l’accettazione per non essere visitata e passare in coda agli altri, questo perché avevo 2 minuti (2 reali di orologio) di ritardo. Quando sono salita c’era ancora dentro la paziente precedente ma una volta uscita non sono stata chiamata perché non vedevano la mia presenza, non c’era nessuno per 15 min (tempo della mia visita) arriva la signora dopo ed ovviamente la fanno entrare, quella dopo e la fanno entrare e io lì ad aspettare finché mi hanno spiegato il motivo… non vedevano la mia presenza perché non c’era l’accettazione. Senza contare che la visita era per un bambino di 2 anni? Sappiamo già come chiamare questi signori vero? Se vi capita fate sapere che ci siete e accertatevi che i frustrati di sotto lavorino!! Guardi che non viviamo ai confini del mondo ! Lavorare nella sanità pubblica non dà la patente di scortesia verso i pazienti, che non si ammalano per farvi dispetto !
