Si parla spesso male delle strutture pubbliche, quindi è giusto riconoscere il merito, innanzitutto a chi è a nostra disposizione anche nei giorni di festa e ancor di più a chi lo fa con coscienza! La signora con gli occhiali che mi ha "accolta" probabilmente sarebbe meglio andasse in pensione. Dispotica, antipatica e maleducata tanto da sbattermi anche la porta in faccia mentre io le stavo chiedendo informazioni su quando poter richiamare. Se continuo a venire è solo per la Dottoressa Corica perchè per quanto riguarda tutto il resto meritereste di chiudere. Arrivando la mattina presto, appena prima dell'apertura, la mia pratica è stata presa in carico direttamente dal Direttore Sanitario. Grande servizio. C	Carlo M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento, considerando che vi si recano parecchi disabili non c'è un bagno funzionante al piano terra in piu il personale si è mostrato veramente scorbutico al contrario di tempo fa , vorrei che ogni tanti queste persone si mettessero dall'altra parte della scrivania o magari prendendo in considerazione che chi hanno davanti può avere dei problemi seri , un po di educazione e empatia non guasterebbe. Userei degli aggettivi anche più pesanti per rivolgermi a questi personaggi ma non voglio scendere al loro livello. Infine ricordo che queste istituzioni dovrebbero essere li a tutelare le persone più fragili ,quindi se non vi va andate a fare un'altro lavoro.... Ringrazio la sanità per il trattamento ricevuto e di continuare comunque a non prendere provvedimenti. Perché io che lavoro nel privato se sbaglio pago????? Sono ore e ore e ore che tento inutilmente di contattarli per avere una banale informazione su cosa devo fare per poter rinnovare una esenzione per mio padre (ultraottantenne, ammalato, e che non può piú sbrigarsi le faccende autonomamente) ; grazie a questi soggetti io quindi dovrò perdere inutilmente ore e ore di lavoro : saltare in macchina , percorrere decine e decine di km , pagare benzina e parcheggio, mettermi in fila per avere una semplice informazione , aspettare il mio turno per sentirmi magari dire che non era quello il luogo o lo sportello giusto? Ma i responsabili della struttura di cosa si occupano? Di giocare a free cell ? Absolutely outrageous service. Nobody answers any phone number.
