La cosa che contraddistingue questo locale sono le materie prime che vengono usate per produrre i piatti (che tra l'altro sono sempre nuovi?), tutte di zona a partire dalle carni, passando dagli ortaggi, per non parlare del pane e focaccia fatti direttamente da loro nel forno a legna, una bontà . Per quanto riguarda i piatti....che dire! Una bontà , sono piatti tipicamente toscani di una bontà unica, molte volte per mangiare bene basta la semplicità e la passione in cucina, be' a Lastra a vigna troverete senz'altro sia l'una che l'altra con un personale cordiale e attento al cliente che saprà coccolarvi per tutto il tempo della vostra cena. Very nice and characteristic restaurant, wide selection of wines from local producers. The thing that distinguishes this place are the raw materials that are used to produce the dishes (which by the way are always new?), all from the area starting from the meats, passing through the vegetables, not to mention the bread and focaccia made directly from them in the wood oven, goodness. m	mauro augusto comi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco il luogo abitando a 100 metri dal 1986, si sono succedute numerose gestioni, in genere erano pregevoli le pizze proposte, ora è un'altra cosa, buoni davvero i cibi proposti, sia la pasta che i secondi tipici del territorio, io ho gustato particolarmente un peposo davvero molto ben fatto tenerissimo, buona la scelta dei vini e i dolci fatti da loro. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torno proponendosi agli amici più cari. D	Dario V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ''must' for all those people like me who are enjoying the beautiful scenary and hills of the Florentine's countryside town of Signa and Lastra a Signa! The food was incredibly delicious...try their Florentine stew "Peposo", the Lampredotto and Trippa. The wine and Oil list is focus on the products made by the Vineyards and Farms of the Lastra a Signa's municipality. The owners were very knowledgeable and happy to gave us a great insight of this beautiful region. We'll be back!
