β β β β β Fortunata formula di Trattoria tipica + bottega in cui ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare per la prima volta la pecora sotto forma di costolette alla brace. Ero timorosa in quanto non apprezzo la carne -e l'odore- di agnello ma devo ammettere che la pecora ha un sapore incredibilmente diverso, molto gradevole, delicata e piacevolissima scoperta! Cucinata splendidamente. Ottimi i crostini misti di antipasto e l'insalata di carciofi crudi con scaglie di grana. Delizioso anche il galletto al mattone preparato sul momento, come tutti i piatti alla griglia del locale: croccante fuori e tenero e succoso dentro. L'attesa della cottura espressa vale decisamente la pena, specialmente se passata in buona compagnia. Purtroppo ho scordato di fotografarlo per la tentazione immediata di assaggiarlo ;) . Sono uscita con il desiderio di provare altri secondi piatti tradizionali dal menu, come la trippa e il lampredotto, che da fiorentina verace mi ingolosiscono particolarmente. Personale cordiale e simpatico! Per nostro ritardo rispetto alla prenotazione abbiamo atteso qualche minuto in cui ci Γ¨ stato gentilmente omaggiato un aperitivo di prosecco e un premuroso aggiornamento continuo sulla prontezza del nostro tavolo.
 Fortunata Trattoria typical formula + workshop in which I had the pleasure of tasting for the first time the sheep form of barbecued ribs. I was afraid because I do not appreciate the flesh-and the lamb smell-but I have to admit that the sheep has an incredibly different, very pleasant flavor, delicate and pleasant discovery! Cooked beautifully. Excellent mixed crostini appetizer and the salad of raw artichokes with Parmesan shavings. Delicious also the cock to the brick freshly prepared, as all the dishes to the local grid: crisp outside and tender and juicy inside. The wait expressed the cooking is worth much, especially if spent in good company. Unfortunately I forgot to photograph it for immediate temptation to taste it;). I left with the desire to try other traditional side dishes from the menu, such as tripe and lamprey, which I particularly true Florentine ingolosiscono. Staff friendly and nice! For our delay compared to the reservation we waited a few minutes where we were graciously honored a prosecco cocktail and a caring continuously updated on the readiness of our table.

β β β β β Went here on a whim, while searching around for a decent restaurant as a walk in without reservation. First off would like to commend the proprietor for the high quality ingredients and food stuffs used in preparing dishes, they are exceptional. The dining is a very rustic Toscano flavor; including dishes as Lampredotto Malgiataghli, Stewed Mutton, and the very best Hunter's Hare I have had the honor of tasting in my life. As with most fine dining be prepared to spend a little more then usual; also the restaurant layout is very poor and somewhat cramped. Either way I would highly recommend.
