★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine versteckte Überraschung in Carmignano. Auf der sehr netten Terrasse an einem wunderschönen Garten wird man hier äußerst freundlich empfangen!
Trotz Sprachbarriere wurde alles in Ruhe und sehr gastfreundlich erläutert und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die servierten Speisen waren ausgezeichnet, unglaublich lecker und frisch zubereitet. Ich hoffe, wir können diesen wunderbaren Ort noch einmal besuchen!
 A hidden surprise in Carmignano. On the very nice terrace in a beautiful garden, you will be welcomed in an extremely friendly manner!
Despite the language barrier everything was explained in a calm and very hospitable manner and we were not disappointed. The food served was excellent, incredibly tasty and freshly made. Hope we can visit this wonderful place again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si è mangiato molto bene. I tempi di attesa un po' lunghi, ma tutto buono e appena sfornato o con fuoco sotto le grigliate per tenere tutto caldo. I dessert ottimi! Ho messo 3 stelle perché la delusione poi è arrivata alla cassa.... È la cosa ancora più deludente mi è venuta stamattina, dando un'occhiata alla ricevuta di ieri, accorgendomi che risulta, diciamolo umo "sbaglio" di 7 euro in più sul totale o forse, di conseguenza della scrittura illegibile, io non ho capito bene certi numeri ....
It was eaten very well. The waiting times a bit long, but all good and freshly baked or with fire under the grills to keep everything warm. Great desserts! I put 3 stars because the disappointment then arrived at the checkout .... It is the even more disappointing thing that came to me this morning, taking a look at yesterday's receipt, realizing that it turns out, let's face it, a "mistake" of 7 euros more on the total or perhaps, as a consequence of the illegible writing, I did not understand certain numbers ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni preparazione viene eseguita con i prodotti del territorio. Il Bigio di Carmignano merita il viaggio, irripetibile, come tutte le specialità. Vino al fiasco, finalmente, ottimo. La cura dell’ospite avviene con professionalità.
Each preparation is made with local products. The Bigio di Carmignano deserves the journey, unrepeatable, like all specialties. Wine at the fiasco, finally, excellent. Guest care takes place with professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurant experiences I had in Italy! The peposo dei Mercanti was one of the best dishes I had in Italy! Our server Salvatore, was so kind and funny! The cook gratziella was so funny and really made the restaurant feel like home! If you are in Carmignano or anywhere near, please go to this restaurant! IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!
