For the quality of the flawless food and the price appropriate to the high quality, for the location it should be completely revised making it more welcoming and simple (for my tastes) or sophisticated but with taste ....

Nonostante abbia cambiato gestione o proprietà ha mantenuto i soliti standard di qualità nella cucina che lo caratterizza, cioè quella di pesce. Località molto ampio, personale professionale e gentile. I prezzi non sono propriamente economici. Il Borsalino is a restaurant that has been in existence for decades. Despite having changed management or ownership, it has maintained the usual quality standards in the cuisine that characterizes it, namely that of fish. Very large location, professional and kind staff. Prices are not exactly cheap.

f	francesca rosini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da tanti anni che frequento questo ristorante, ho sempre mangiato bene e il servizio ottimo. Ma sabato scorso è stato un disastro.. CI siamo seduti alle 8:30. L'antipasto ci è arrivato alle 10, considerando che era centrale, noi eravamo il 7 e l'ordine era lo stesso per tutti. Abbiamo atteso un'altra ora per avere la catalana, centrale e ordinata da tutti.. Che non abbiamo mangiato perché ci siamo stufati si attendere... Tra i sette era presente una bambina la quale aveva ordinato una pasta al ragù che le è stata servita alle 9:45 e cruda. La cosa peggiore è stato il comportamento del personale dopo che ci siamo alzati per andare via.. Si sono offesi e xcomtinuavano a giustificarsi che era tutta la settimana che non lavoravano e che avevano personale in meno in cucina e in sala, e che noi clienti da anni dovevamo comprendere più di altri la situazione... Io comprendo la situazione quando TUTTI si danno da fare e non quando vedo che qualcuno si trastulla al cellulare... Ma questo è un mio pensiero... Abbiamo beccato una serata storta.. Forse... Ma non ti vieni a giustificare chiedi scusa. I have been going to this restaurant for many years, I have always eaten well and the service is excellent. But last Saturday it was a disaster .. We sat down at 8:30. The appetizer arrived at 10, considering it was central, we were 7 and the order was the same for everyone. We waited another hour to get the Catalan, central and tidy by all .. We didn't eat because we got tired of waiting ... Among the seven there was a little girl who had ordered a pasta with meat sauce that was served at 9:45 and raw. The worst was the behavior of the staff after we got up to leave .. They were offended and began to justify that they hadn't worked all week and that they had fewer staff in the kitchen and in the dining room, and that we customers for years had to understand the situation more than others ... I understand the situation when EVERYONE gets busy and not when I see someone playing around on their cell phones ... But this is my thought ... We caught a bad night .. Maybe ...
