★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissima professionalitá e disponibilitá. I due farmacisti ci hanno dato la possibilitá di effettuare ordini telefonicamente. Sono rimasta cpita dalla famigliaritá con cui interagisconocoi clienti, mettendoli a loro agio e offrendo consulenze di ogni sorta. Sono stati aperti anche a Ferragosto!!
Noto anche che il negozio offre prodotti di cosmetica, erboristeria (ad esempio Erbolario) e dei meravogliosi foulardes di bambú prodotti da una ditta assolutamente ecosostenibile.
Mentre ero presente c'è stata una richiesta di aiuto per un'emergenza (fortunatamente niente di grave) e il farmacista non ha esitato a mettersi a disposizione. Un'esperienza di accudimento molto diversa da quelle che offre la metropoli.
Great professionalism and availability. The two pharmacists gave us the possibility to place orders by telephone. I was impressed by the familiarity with which clients interact, putting them at ease and offering all sorts of advice. They were also open in August!
I also note that the shop offers cosmetics, herbal products (for example Erbolario) and wonderful bamboo scarves produced by an absolutely eco-sustainable company.
While I was present there was a request for help for an emergency (fortunately nothing serious) and the pharmacist did not hesitate to make himself available. A care experience very different from those offered by the metropolis.
