★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, volevo complimentarmi con i Tecnici del centro assistenza Hp, che in meno tempo possibile, hanno riparato il mio computer portatile.
A seguito di una caduta (il mio nipotino combina guai), i cristalli liquidi si sono rotti, come nella foto che ho condiviso, ed era impossibile lavorare.
Al telefono il tecnico mi ha consigliato di attaccare il pc al televisore (cosa che ignoravo) e sono riuscito a completare un lavoro, in seguito mi sono recato in uno dei loro centri (mi pare ne siano 4 solo a Roma) con precisione a via Gualtiero Castellini ed in 2 giorni hanno ritirato e riparato il computer. Sono stati così scrupolosi da pulire il Pc fuori e dentro, persino la ventolina che era diventata rumorosa e che praticamente era accesa sempre.

 Hi, I wanted to congratulate the technicians of the HP assistance center, who repaired my laptop in the shortest possible time.
Following a fall (my grandson is in trouble), the liquid crystals broke, as in the photo I shared, and it was impossible to work.
On the phone, the technician advised me to connect the PC to the TV (which I ignored) and I managed to complete a job, then I went to one of their centers (I think there are 4 only in Rome) with precision at via Gualtiero Castellini and in 2 days they collected and repaired the computer. They were so scrupulous as to clean the PC inside and out, even the fan that had become noisy and was practically always on.
Thank you so much!! Highly recommended !!

Ho acquistato un HP Z6 alla fine di dicembre 2019, pagandolo per motivi aziendali in anticipo con bonifico bancario, ieri mi e' stato consegnato ed istallato in laboratorio , un bravissimo tecnico ci ha spigato il funzionamento della nuova macchina e gia' oggi e' diventata parte integrante della nostra produzione.

Sono molto affidabili tant'è che, siccome sono in tutta Italia, gli abbiamo affidato anche l'assistenza dello studio di Milano e di Bologna.
