★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I purchased Blackberry keyone in amazon , unfortunately i forgot the lock pattern. I emailed to Blackberry support center to fix the issue. mean while i checked in the BB site for authorized service center in Rome, I talked to them they took more than 15 days but they failed to resolve my issue. I searched on internet for repair center and they fixed my problem with in 24 hours at the best price. I am very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragedy struck and my phone decided to die while on holiday in Rome. It was unsalvageable but these guys managed to restore all my data, back it up and transfer it to a new device all within the same day. They even stayed open late for me personally... thanks so much guys, the new phone is working great (I'm using it to write this review)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a glass protector put on my iphone by them, half of it came off after 2 days, when I came back first I had to wait for 30 minutes instead of 5 minutes like they said and then they said it wasn't their fault as the official leather case by apple was the problem because it was making the edges of the glass protector come off. They did nothing except be unhelpful and didn't even apologize. Horrible place, wouldn't recommend.
Reply to owner: I wasn't rude and I waited because you kept assuring me it would be 5 minutes. Another thing I didn't ask you to stay up past your closing time, it was your own choice. I didn't think you would be crude enough to attack my personal character instead of addressing the problems I had with your service. I like how you didn't reply to my glass protector problem by the way. A normal professional service would address that instead of attacking the customer personally. You didn't reply why would the official leather case made by apple be the problem why your glass protector that you put on my iphone came off at the edges. Adding to my review this place also is unprofessional and has horrible customer service.

What a service!! I was desperate, being in Rome for a couple of weeks my PC broke down! Well, I had to replaced urgently SD card + HD after 3 days I received the call and they brought it back at home to me!
