★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto nemmeno una stella, servizio povero e sopratutto non rispettoso. Sono andato l'anno scorso a comprare la Aipods e mi hanno detto che il 24 sarebbero arrivate, perché ho PAGATO così è stato. Dopo neanche un anno, le porto per problemi di software e hardware e dopo 3 settimane dicono che non si possono riparare, e devo prenderle nuove, pur essendo in GARANZIA!!!! Per pubblicare devo mettere una stella.. Povero Mondo
 I do not even put a star, poor and above all disrespectful service. I went last year to buy Aipods and they told me they would arrive on the 24th, because I PAID so it was. After less than a year, I take them for software and hardware problems and after 3 weeks they say that they cannot be repaired, and I have to take them new, despite being under WARRANTY !!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato il telefono presso questo punto vendita. Dopo due settimane, mi ha dato problemi la fotocamera. Il personale non mi ha saputo dare indicazioni riguardo la veridicità del difetto o meno, consigliandomi di recarmi presso un apple store diretto aziendale. Nonostante avessi acquistato da loro. Deluso dall‘assistenza tecnica, e dall’atteggiamento menefreghista, una volta dopo avere comprato il telefono, per fortuna ho trovato l’assistenza degna del costo del cellulare presso lo store diretto della Apple.
Mai più presso un rivenditore autorizzato...

Avevo un problema che i genius della Apple sia da remoto che in negozio non riuscivano a risolvere in nessun modo... rispondendomi che l'analisi del sistema non rilevava nulla di anomalo... e che dovevo tenermelo così...con la velocità di azione e reazione di un commodore64...allucinante. Il tecnico dell'Ishop in due giorni ha finalmente reso il mio IMac fruibile e performante. GRAZIE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio per una riparazione dell’audio di un iPhone8, perché mi sono sempre trovata benissimo con delle riparazioni fatte in precedenza, personale gentile e molto competente, peccato che non sapevo che avesse cambiato gestione..
Ho portato un telefono perfettamente funzionante, dovevano solo riparare il microfono dell’audio whatsapp, ho pagato 70 euro per riparare quel pezzo e fino a qui tutto ok..
peccato che mi hanno restituito l’iPhone meno funzionante di prima: non funzionava il microfono audio per le chiamate,(la gente mi sentiva come se galleggiassi in acqua)e inoltre ogni volta che schiacciavo il tasto del silenzioso il mio telefono faceva il rumore di un trattore (perché non aveva il pezzo che attenuasse quel rumore da cambiare).
Premetto che questi danni prima della riparazione non c’erano!
E come se non bastasse quando sono tornata nuovamente a portagli il telefono hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedere altri 25 euro per rimettere a posto un danno fatto da loro ?
Che dire? RIPARAZIONE PESSIMA….
e per di più nessuno dei due ragazzi parla un italiano comprensibile, di conseguenza era anche abbastanza difficile la comunicazione.
I went to this shop for an audio repair of an iPhone8, because I have always had a great time with the repairs done previously, kind and very competent staff, too bad I didn't know it had changed management ..
I brought a perfectly functional phone, they only had to repair the whatsapp audio microphone, I paid 70 euros to repair that piece and so far everything is ok ..
pity they gave me back the less functional iPhone than before: the audio microphone for calls did not work, (people heard me as if I was floating in water) and also every time I pressed the mute button my phone made the noise of a tractor (because it didn't have the piece to attenuate that noise to change).
I state that these damages were not there before the repair!
And as if that weren't enough, when I went back to take them the phone again they had the courage to ask for another 25 euros to fix a damage done by them ?
What to say? BAD REPAIR….
and moreover neither of the two boys speaks an understandable Italian, consequently communication was also quite difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop where you can find some Apple related products and accessories. Just don’t expect too much from it. The store is easy to find and is located downtown. Unfortunately I didn’t find what i was looking for. Rome doesn’t seem to have a lot of Apple (reseller) stores downtown, too bad.
