La stanza ora che è mercoledì e siamo entrati lunedì non è mai stata pulita MAI ne asciugamani cambiati ne lenzuola niente ! La ragazza che stava alla reception è stata licenziata sarà sicuramente a causa del Covid 19 che ha causato problemi a tutti .... La struttura ha abbassato i costi mah 44 € a notte più un supplemento di 10 € per il piccolo pincher che abbiamo non giustifica assolutamente questo trattamento. Vi consiglio di lasciare perdere proprio perché i cuscini sono minuscoli e un letto matrimoniale viene composto da due letti singoli. Se una coppia giovane ha un cane e paga per la pulizia "extra" beh allora mi aspetto che venga pulita la stanza . Neanche regalata la prendo più una stanza così ed in queste condizioni. Domani mattina si parte e già abbiamo fatto tutte le valigie perché non vediamo l'ora di lasciare questa struttura. Colazione inesistente e abbiamo pagato fior di soldi per il parcheggio per il fatto che nei dintorni ci sono solo strisce blu. L'unica cosa buona e la scrivo per una questione di correttezza è la posizione del immobile che porta a raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti storici di Roma. Bad experience with this place.
