Questa mattina, ho chiamato diverse volte per sapere a che orario veniva il tecnico , ho chiamato e ho scritto su WhatsApp ma non mi hanno mai risposto e il tecnico non è mai arrivato, così io sono stata costretta a stare a casa e loro non si sono nemmeno degnati di scrivermi che l'appuntamento era cancellato. Mai più.
As has already happened to another reviewer, they fixed and confirmed a written appointment on WhatsApp from 9 to 12. This morning, I called several times to find out what time the technician was coming, I called and wrote on WhatsApp but they didn't never answered and the technician never arrived, so I was forced to stay at home and they didn't even deign to write me that the appointment was canceled. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non affidatevi a queste persone,mi hanno fissato un appuntamento e nemmeno si sono degnati d'avvisare che non sarebbero piu passati.. ho aspettato tutta la mattina, perso ore di lavoro per aspettare chi non ha avuto nemmeno la decenza di avvisare.. pessimi....se non avete voglia di lavorare state a casa.
Do not rely on these people, they made an appointment for me and did not even deign to inform them that they would not pass .. I waited all morning, lost hours of work to wait for those who did not even have the decency to warn .. bad .... if you don't feel like working, stay home.
