★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati da mia moglie per un problema si sono presentati dopo 10 giorni per dirle, in 5 minuti e al costo di 30€ per la chiamata, che non si poteva fare nulla se non sostituire un intero pezzo per una guarnizione al modico prezzo di 180€ +manodopera e altri 80€più manodopera per due faretti della cappa. Alla domanda "è l'unica possibilità?" la risposta è stata "Assolutamente sì"
Con 41€ e 10 minuti di tempo ho risolto la cosa con pezzi nuovi originali.
Assolutamente poco professionali nella diagnosi di fronte a una signora che non ha competenze oppure incompetenti al punto da non saper fare una corretta diagnosi corretta?
Quale che sia la risposta certamente non li chiameremo mai più e non comprerò altri elettrodomestici Whirlpool se questa è l'assistenza fornita.
 Called by my wife for a problem, they showed up after 10 days to tell her, in 5 minutes and at a cost of € 30 for the call, that nothing could be done but replace an entire piece for a gasket at the modest price of € 180. + labor and another 80 € plus labor for two hood spotlights. To the question "is this the only possibility?" the answer was "Absolutely yes"
With 41 € and 10 minutes of time I solved the problem with new original pieces.
Absolutely unprofessional in the diagnosis in front of a lady who has no skills or incompetent to the point of not knowing how to make a correct correct diagnosis?
Whatever the answer, we will certainly never call them again and buy other Whirlpool appliances if that is the assistance provided.
