Ho contattato diversi centri assistenza Philips (Lombardia) e nessuno e' stato in grado di trovarlo.
La Service TVC e' stato l'unica a trovare il ricambio di un prodotto che avevo acquistato nel 2009 e che e' attualmente fuori produzione.
Inoltre mi ha fornito dettagli tecnici che neache il produttore Philips e' stato in grado di darmi interpellando il loro service chat dal loro sito.
Questo si che si chiama servizio al cliente!

Greatest profesional 'and speed' to respond to my needs
I contacted several Philips service centers (Lombardy) and nobody was able to find it.
The TVC and Service 'was the only one to find the parts of a product that I had purchased in 2009 and that it' currently out of production.
It has also provided me with technical details that the NEAC and manufacturer Philips' was able to give me questioning their chat service from their website.
This is called customer service!
