★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Ho acquistato un giocattolo dicendomi che non si poteva provare ma che funzionava. Lo regalo, il bambino prova ad accendere il giocattolo e non funzionava. Ritorno al negozio facendo presente il problema, lo mettono in funzione pulendo il vano batterie, dicendomi che le batterie erano ossidate e sostituendo le batterie con delle nuove. Il tutto addebitandomi il costo delle batterie quanto invece nella confezione del gioco c'era scritto batterie incluse. Il problema non è economico ma il principio perché le batterie dovevano essere incluse.
Bad experience. I bought a toy and told myself it couldn't be tested but it worked. I give it away, the child tries to turn on the toy and it didn't work. I return to the shop pointing out the problem, they put it into operation by cleaning the battery compartment, telling me that the batteries were oxidized and replacing the batteries with new ones. All this by charging me the cost of the batteries when instead in the game package it was written batteries included. The problem is not economic but the principle why the batteries had to be included.
