Dopo aver trovato un telefono Lisciani del costo di 109 euro, propongo a un commesso di metterlo da parte, in quanto non avendo tutti i soldi con me, sarei passato di lì a qualche giorno per comprarlo. Il commesso accetta subito, prende lo scatolo, ci appiccica sopra un post it col mio nome e lo ripone nello stanzino adiacente la cassa centrale, declinando anche la mia offerta a lasciare un acconto di 20 euro. Dopo qualche giorno rivado per completare l'acquisto e con mio dispiacere il commesso dice che il pacco è sparito perché di sicuro qualche suo collega l'aveva venduto. Sono andato via disgustato. Alla fine l'ho trovato on line a 99 euro. Commessi del Toys Zumpano andate a vendere noccioline, anzi origano alla discesa di Paola! Really to be avoided. The clerk accepts immediately, takes the box, sticks a post it with my name on it and places it in the closet adjacent to the central cash desk, also declining my offer to leave a deposit of 20 euros. After a few days I go back to complete the purchase and to my regret the clerk says that the package has disappeared because some of his colleague had certainly sold it. I left in disgust. In the end I found it online for 99 euros. Salesmen of Toys Zumpano go and sell peanuts, or rather oregano at Paola's descent!

Bisogna scapicollarsi per cercare altrove. Sono già due volte in due mesi che ci vado. Per me non sarà più una tappa di riferimento. Sono cliente e vado 1 volta a settimana , oggi ho dimenticato la tessera per le promozioni a casa ed ho chiesto la gentilezza ad un'altro cliente di prestarmela. La cassiera oltre a negarmi l'utilizzo della tessera di un altro cliente ( per carità nel suo diritto ) mi ha anche mortificato dando il cinque al cliente che non mi ha prestato la tessera , compiacendosi per avermelo negato. Non ci andrò mai più! Bad attitude on the part of a salesman. Sinceramente l'offerta la si fa quando lo si desidera e non imponendola così! Terrible! Disinterested staff but the worst thing was denying me the gift box as to get it I would have to give an offer of 5 € or 9 € !!
