★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire tempi x le riparazioni eterni e costi decisamente inappropriati( più di 40 giorni con costo pari al 50% del valore del prodotto nuovo) la cosa che più ha infastidito che il prodotto è stato riconsegnato in condizioni pessime sporco impolverato, non è stata data alcuna cura all'oggetto e di tempo ne avrebbero avuto
Piu attenzione al cliente non guasterebbe
What about times x eternal repairs and decidedly inappropriate costs (more than 40 days with a cost equal to 50% of the value of the new product) the thing that bothered most that the product was returned in very bad condition dirty dusty, it was not given they would have had no care for the object and time
More attention to the customer wouldn't hurt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto l'eventuale sostituzione di una parte esterna, non essenziale,comunque ho dovuto aspettare 20gg per avere un preventivo .Mi è stato fatto un preventivo spropositato, ho rinunciato e mi è stato restituito l'elettrodomestico che non funzionava più. Vergognoso!!
I asked for the possible replacement of an external part, not essential, however I had to wait 20 days to get a quote. I was given a disproportionate quote, I gave up and the appliance that no longer worked was returned to me. Shameful!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi avevano detto che li trovavo tutto invece il pezzo che cercavo io con tanto di matricola e modello mi hanno detto che nn era ordinabile per cui ad ascoltare loro avrei dovuto buttare il frullatore di 3 anni di vita..... Fortuna esiste anche Amazon e strano li l'ho trovato...
Unfortunately they told me that I found them all but the piece I was looking for with a lot of freshman and model they told me that it could not be ordered so to listen to them I would have to throw the 3 year old blender ..... Luck also exists Amazon and strange I found them ...

It is stocked with numerous accessories for appliances of different brands but, for some of them, the prices are excessively expensive. The staff are polite and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo cari, due carboncini per una lavatrice 30.00 € e neanche originali, su Amazon originali 8.00 € compresi di spedizione il giorno dopo ho comprato una cinghia 25,00 € in questo caso originale, la stessa su Amazon 6.20 € + 4.60 di spedizione, avevo urgenza per i ricambi altrimenti avrei aspettato 1/2 gg la consegna di Amazon...... tutto dimostrabile .......dopo i negozianti si lamentano perchè la gente compra su Amazon e non in negozio
Too expensive, two charcoals for a washing machine 30.00 € and not even original, on Amazon original 8.00 € including shipping the next day I bought a belt 25.00 € in this original case, the same on Amazon 6.20 € + 4.60 shipping, I had urgency for spare parts otherwise I would have waited 1/2 day for Amazon delivery ...... all demonstrable ....... afterwards the shopkeepers complain because people buy on Amazon and not in the store
