Calls for noisy washing machine, quick intervention, with spare already available avoiding to stay without a washing machine! Great I'd say ! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scadente. Mi hanno fatto portare il Microonde quando per telefono ho chiesto espressamente se avessero i pezzi di ricambio. Morale....Me l'hanno riconsegnato, senza aprirlo dicendomi che i pezzi di ricambio non esistevano più. Considerato che il forno aveva soltanto un tasto che era rientrato nel suo solito alloggiamento io e un mio amico l'abbiamo smontato, trovandoci la polvere e con un semplice schock l'abbiamo riparato. Serviva forse un po' d'ingegno? Nel frattempo mi hanno letteralmente chiesto 20 €uro per la chiamata in Whirlpool.Non si sporcano di certo le mani.Se fanno così con tutti quelli che portano loro i vari elettrodomestici sicuramente fanno grandi affari. A discapito nostro, presi notevolmente in giro.
Poor service. They made me bring the Microwave when I specifically asked over the phone if they had spare parts. Moral .... They gave it back to me, without opening it, telling me that the spare parts no longer existed. Considering that the oven had only one button that had returned to its usual housing, a friend of mine and I disassembled it, finding the dust and with a simple shock we repaired it. Was a little ingenuity needed? In the meantime, they literally asked me for 20 € uro for the call to Whirlpool. They certainly don't get their hands dirty. To our detriment, I was greatly mocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesta assistenza per guasto su lavatrice e lavastoviglie sono intervenuti velocemente risolvendo il problema con grande competenza e consigli. Ho apprezzato anche la cortesia del personale, molto gentile e rispettoso delle attuali norme covid; prezzi ottimi, se un elettrodomestico è proprio rotto lo possono sostituire con uno nuovo dal loro negozio, io ho fatto così e sono rimasta soddisfatta.
Assistance request for washing machine and dishwasher breakdowns intervened quickly solving the problem with great competence and advice. I also appreciated the courtesy of the staff, very polite and respectful of the current covid rules; excellent prices, if an appliance is really broken they can replace it with a new one from their shop, I did so and I was satisfied.
