★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In prima battuta, se ti rivolgi a loro con un prodotto in garanzia, il titolare tende ad "aggredire" dicendo che non è tenuto a crederti............ penso che un professionista, una volta esaminato il guasto/difetto, sia in grado di stabilire se si tratti di un difetto di fabbrica o causato. Ad ogni modo hanno riparato il mio piccolo elettrodomestico mantenendo la garanzia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto riparare il ferro da stiro. Dovevano fare la riparazione in 2 giorni e il quinto giorno li ho dovuti chiamare io. Mi hanno fatto un preventivo di 30 € e ne ho pagati 60 perchè hanno sostituito di loro iniziativa il tappo del ferro che funzionava bene. Ho chiesto fattura e mi hanno dato una nota di lavorazione...... che dire.

I tried to get a slicer repaired in two other shops but they both told me it wasn't possible, I contacted R.P. And and in a few days with a modest cost they solved the problem for me. I recommend?
