Infatti, nel periodo immediatamente successivo alla revisione annuale si sono palesate delle anomalie che non avevo mai riscontrato, tant'è che non ho potuto usufruire nemmeno dell'acqua calda per qualche giorno. Una volta ricontattati mi hanno informato telefonicamente di un pezzo da cambiare a 140€ che, dopo aver mostrato il mio disappunto, è sceso quasi per magia a 90€. Un chiaro tentativo di raggirare dei clienti che per loro sfortuna non è andato a buon fine. Ho cambiato servizio ed ora non ho più problemi. Ogni volta sostituisco il pezzo, e fortunatamente ad oggi non si è trattato di interventi troppo problematici. Soprattutto, posso contare sempre sul supporto di Minoja, che mi salva per ogni ricambio, dalla valvola a tre vie da 180 Euro, alla minima guarnizione originale Vaillant. Gentilissimi, ogni volta si fanno in quattro per trovare il pezzo col codice giusto. Da un anno poi si trovano nella nuova bellissima sede, che dà un tocco di professionalità in più. Consigliato per l'attenzione e la disponibilità.
