★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al netto di un po' di attesa, dovuta all'essere l'unico centro di assistenza ufficiale di Roma, sono cortesi, professionali ed hanno prezzi più che onesti oltre a garantire un risultato pressoché certo. Dato il valore, economico e spesso affettivo, delle lampade da riparare, assolutamente consigliato.
Net of a little 'wait, due to being the only official service center in Rome, they are courteous, professional and have prices more than honest as well as ensuring a result almost certain. Given the value, economic and often affective, of the lamps to be repaired, absolutely recommended.

Dopo aver consegnato la lampada TIZIO per una diagnosi gratuita, mi hanno chiamato e telefonicamente mi hanno comunicato che era il trasformatore e che la spesa si aggirava sui 145 €. Ho chiesto di avere una mail con la "diagnosi" e il preventivo ma non me l'hanno mai mandata, insistendo invece per avere un mio ok subito al telefono per la sistemazione. Sono andata a riprendere la mia lampada senza farla sistemare e dopo pochi giorni un mio amico (che non è nemmeno elettricista) me la ha miracolosamente aggiustata solo sistemando i contatti un pò allentati.
To avoid. My experience was bad. After delivering the TIZIO lamp for a free diagnosis, they called and telephoned me to tell me that it was the transformer and that spending was around 145 €. I asked to have an email with the "diagnosis" and the estimate but they never sent it to me, insisting instead to have my ok immediately on the phone for the accommodation. I went to take my lamp without making it settle and after a few days a friend of mine (who is not even an electrician) miraculously adjusted it to me only by setting up the contacts a little loose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza ho scelto l assistenza ufficiale Artemide per una lampada Cabildo led che è stata riparata ma presenta varie scalfitture sul diffusore la piastra a copertura non è come quella che avevo ed infine il costo è stato molto alto
Bad experience I chose the official Artemide service for a Cabildo led lamp which has been repaired but has various scratches on the diffuser the cover plate is not like the one I had and finally the cost was very high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avrei affidato a nessun altro la mia lampada Logico, per il valore affettivo nonché commerciale. Ho trovato competenza e cortesia. La riconsegna al domicilio ha risolto anche il problema del parcheggio, unico neo di questa esperienza. Che dire? 10+
I would not have entrusted my Logico lamp to anyone else, for its emotional as well as commercial value. I found competence and courtesy. The return home has also solved the problem of parking, the only drawback of this experience. What to say? 10+
