Si trattava di una lavastoviglie di otto anni di età che non voleva più funzionare. E' arrivato il giorno dopo la chiamata, ha individuato il guasto e mi ha proposto un preventivo. Dopo un paio di giorni in attesa del pezzo di ricambio, ha aggiustato la lavastoviglie. Non solo, richiamato perché c'era un altro problema lo ha risolto velocemente senza farmi pagare il secondo intervento! Gentile e professionale. Cinque stelle. He arrived the day after the call, identified the fault and offered me a quote. After a couple of days waiting for the replacement, he fixed the dishwasher. Not only that, called back because there was another problem, he solved it quickly without charging me for the second intervention! Polite and professional. Five stars.
