V	Vittoria Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina esteticamente bella, qualità pessima, cassetti arrugginiti dopo 3 anni, la ditta non risponde al danno ‘ perché è trascorso troppo tempo’ , bella ditta complimenti servizio non pessimo di più, vi consiglio di non comprare queste cucine. Aesthetically beautiful kitchen, poor quality, rusty drawers after 3 years, the company does not respond to the damage 'because too much time has passed', nice company compliments service not bad any more, I recommend not to buy these kitchens.
L	Leonardo Pilotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, semplicemente pessimi. non si son nemmeno degnati di mandare il loro rappresentante di zona a vedere come salta via il colore in una cucina laccata opaca acquistata neanche due anni fa, bellissima da vedere ma praticamente inutile nella vita di tutti i giorni, tenendo conto che apriamo le ante con i guanti sennò a quest'ora saremmo senza colore. gli è bastato vedere due foto per email per dire "normale usura" non possiamo farci nulla... o addirittura installate gole in acciaio cosi evitate le scheggiature. ma grazie tante, allora a quel punto mi prendevo cucina tipo ristorante ed evitavo qualsiasi problema. Figura pessima, prossima volta IKEA almeno loro garanzia 5 anni e hanno rispetto per il cliente. Il problema è che costa pure e dobbiamo tenercela così a meno che non ci ricompriamo ogni volta che parte il colore un anta nuova. C	Chiara Capurro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella esteticamente ma la cucina non vale assolutamente i gran soldi pagati anzi vale in qualita quanto una di mondo convenienza dopo tre anni tutti gli sportelli gia segnati usurati e l azienda se n'è completamente lavata le mani .mai più Aesthetically beautiful but the kitchen is absolutely not worth the big money paid indeed it is worth as much as a world convenience after three years all the doors already marked worn and the company has completely washed its hands.

Quindi aprire e chiudere le ante con le mani ma senza l'uso di guanti speciali è un...utilizzo improprio. Mai più una cucina Arrital. Arrital kitchen paid an arm and a leg, after less than 3 years ALL the upper doors in the corners where they open lose their lacquer and dark halos are formed. When a door was brought to the factory for inspection, the written response from the manufacturer was ... "normal wear over time associated with improper use". So opening and closing the doors with your hands but without the use of special gloves is ... an improper use. Never again an Arrital kitchen. I REPUBLISHED MY REVIEW AND THE ARRITAL DATA REQUEST THAT I FOLLOWED ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. TODAY NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY. CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE IF YOU'RE BEAT A SHOT.

Cucina sicuramente bella, ma funzionalità zero. 1) Sistema anta push & pull già sostituito dopo 2 mesi 2) Luci led touch di problematica accensione, addirittura quando scoli la pasta il vapore la spenge! 3) Comandi cappa irraggiungibili se non aprendo gli sportelli Una cucina non è un soggiorno, deve essere soprattutto funzionale. Grossa delusione, dopo che per 22 anni ne avevamo avuta una che aveva fatto veramente il suo. Non so se la vita mi darà la possibilità di comprarne ancora una, ma di certo non sarà Arrital Mounted in August 2021. Certainly beautiful kitchen, but zero functionality. 1) Push & pull door system already replaced after 2 months 2) Touch led lights for problematic ignition, even when you drain the pasta the steam turns it off! 3) Hood controls unreachable except by opening the doors A kitchen is not a living room, it must above all be functional. Rifiniture pessime, trovo anche io assurdo che i pulsanti di gestione della cappa sia dentro l'anta. La luce della cappa inutile per quanto è bassa e color ospedale. Sotto i pensili ho due colori, nero dei pensili e colore anta per le parti a giorno. Ulteriore aggiornamento sulla scarsa attenzione ai dettagli delle cucine Arrital, comprato il porta bicchieri laterale alla colonna forno..... INUTILE!!!!! NON ENTRANO I BICCHIERI DA VINO, NESSUNA DIMENSIONS. Rivenditore Frattali. Tra l'altro esperienza pessima nella progettazione, nel trasporto e nel montaggio. Kitchen bought through one of their retailers, excessive price for the quality it offers. Bad finishes, I also find it absurd that the hood management buttons are inside the door. The light from the hood is useless as it is low and hospital-colored. Under the wall units I have two colors, black for the wall units and door color for the open parts. Sono passati quasi due mese ed ancora nulla , telefono e mi dicono che ancora non è arrivata ??‍♀️. Che serietà ha Arrital . Ah voglio precisare che ho una garanzia di 10 anni e cucina acquistata 3 anni ma utilizzata da 1 anno !! Opening the drawer breaks the guide.
