Rinviato tutto a dopo l'estate, per avere la disponibilità del mio idraulico a montare il lavabo, a settembre è stato consegnato il lavabo sostitutivo con la parte interna della vasca scheggiata in modo importante! In tutto questo Altamarea non sta fornendo il supporto atteso (e dovuto) per compensare il disagio e lo stress subiti (da sei mesi non posso utilizzare il lavabo!). Pessimi! Per un costo così elevato ci si aspetta altro! I had to leave the bathroom incomplete since June, with the construction site closed, as the Altamarea washbasin was sent by the same company with the wrong color, white instead of black. All postponed until after the summer, in order to have my plumber available to assemble the sink, in September the replacement sink was delivered with the inside of the tub chipped in an important way! In all this Altamarea is not providing the expected (and due) support to compensate for the discomfort and stress suffered (I have not been able to use the sink for six months!). Bad! For such a high cost, more is expected!

Purtroppo dalla fabbrica un cassetto è arrivato strisciato, i supporti interni diversi. Pagato 100% in fiducia della garanzia, dopo 3 mesi e tante promesse, la sostituzione non è avvenuta. I mobili sono belli, ma il processo di qualità e customer service è tutto da rivedere. Chi paga un prezzo così alto si aspetta tutt’altro. Ci hanno chiesto di inviare delle foto ma nonostante tutto non si sono fatti più sentire. Sono mobili solo di design ma la qualità è scadente. Poor furniture! Just one year after delivery, the mirror door fell off and after another 6 months the wooden door fell off the wall. They asked us to send photos but despite everything they didn't make themselves heard anymore. They are design furniture only but the quality is poor.
