TopArredi pur di accontentarmi ha inviato un nuovo rivestimento che è arrivato ed è perfetto.
Quindi posso consigliare vivamente questa azienda per la professionalità e la correttezza dimostrata.
 I bought a bed from TopArredi, the color of the upholstery did not completely correspond to what was seen on the computer, perhaps also due to a slight alteration of the colors on the PC screen.
TopArredi just to satisfy me sent a new covering that has arrived and is perfect.
So I can highly recommend this company for the professionalism and fairness demonstrated.

Ho acquistato un divano personalizzabile tramite il loro sito e sono stata affiancata attivamente dalle prime fasi della scelta configurazione, fino alla consegna a casa. Non posso che consigliare questo sito e le persone che in prima persona interagiscono con il cliente. Sicuramente lo terrò a mente per futuri acquisti, nel frattempo lo consiglio, anche e soprattutto in questo periodo di lockdown.
Great customer experience. I purchased a customizable sofa through their website and I was actively supported from the early stages of the configuration choice, up to delivery at home. I can only recommend this site and the people who interact with the customer personally. I will definitely keep it in mind for future purchases, in the meantime I recommend it, also and above all in this lockdown period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho deciso di acquistare il letto Scillint qualche tempo fa. Il letto adesso è arrivato ed è una meraviglia. È stato facile da montare e il rivestimento scelto non ha deluso affatto le aspettative.
Sull'estetica niente da eccepire, è perfettamente conforme a quanto mostrato sul sito, e posso dire di trovarlo bellissimo. Chi sceglierà questo prodotto in accoppiata coi piedini in plexiglas non sarà deluso: il letto sembrerà volare.
Nota di merito per la gentilezza del personale e per l'impegno profuso nel cercare di soddisfare le mie necessità per la consegna.
Rivenditore da consigliare assolutamente!

I decided to buy the Scillint bed some time ago. The bed has now arrived and it is a marvel. It was easy to assemble and the chosen coating did not disappoint.
On the aesthetics nothing to complain, it perfectly complies with what is shown on the site, and I can say that I find it beautiful. Those who choose this product coupled with Plexiglas feet will not be disappointed: the bed will seem to fly.
Note of merit for the kindness of the staff and for the efforts made to try to satisfy my needs for delivery.
Reseller to recommend absolutely!

La spedizione puntuale. Il corriere aveva rovinato parte della tapezzeria del dorso. Comunicato il problema a Top Arredi, hanno risolto in pochi giorni, spedendomi a loro carico una fodera nuova. La signora Teresa ha seguito tutto il post vendita con cortesia e professionalità. Che dire. Top di nome e di fatto. Grazie è stato un piacere.
I bought a Laxy sofa bed in 2020. Mr. Andrea Carli followed the sale and provided me with all his professionalism. The product is great and comfortable. Punctual shipment. The courier had damaged part of the back upholstery. Having communicated the problem to Top Arredi, they solved it in a few days, sending me a new cover at their expense. Mrs. Teresa followed all the post-sales with courtesy and professionalism. What to say. Top in name and in fact. Thanks it was a pleasure.

Per tutti i nostri dubbi e domande abbiamo contattato il negozio e il personale è sempre stato rapido, disponibile e cortese nelle risposte. Il letto è arrivato senza alcun disguido (tramite corriere). Siamo davvero soddisfatti del servizio e soprattutto del prodotto che è davvero di ottima qualità e conforme alle descrizioni e alle foto del sito. Per la scelta del tessuto ci hanno addirittura spedito (in Piemonte) un campione da vedere e toccare con mano. Affidatevi a Top Arredi ne sarete felici e indubbiamente soddisfatti!!
We purchased a double bed and received it in just over 5 weeks (as we were told). For all our doubts and questions we contacted the shop and the staff has always been quick, helpful and courteous in their answers. The bed arrived without any inconvenience (by courier). We are really satisfied with the service and above all with the product which is really of excellent quality and conforms to the descriptions and photos of the site. For the choice of the fabric they even sent us (in Piedmont) a sample to see and touch with hand. Rely on Top Arredi you will be happy and undoubtedly satisfied !!

I bought a double container bed (sammy) that I liked very much and I must say I am totally satisfied both with the bed itself which is actually of high quality, very solid and designed with attention to detail, and with the professionalism of the people who work in Top Arredi, competent, available, prompt.
