Ho visto prodotti migliori da Leroy Merlin e a prezzi decisamente più a buon mercato. Meno male che con il secondo bagno abbiamo cambiato fornitore. Spero solo che non si sfaldi dopo meno di un anno come leggo da altre recensioni. Purchased a bathroom cabinet. At first glance the quality seems very poor. I have seen better products from Leroy Merlin and at much cheaper prices. Luckily we changed supplier with the second bathroom. I just hope it doesn't fall apart after less than a year as I read from other reviews.

I pezzi mi sono stati inviati e arrivati con corriere espresso in meno di una settimana senza pagare niente. questo è veramente un ottimo servizio. I requested by email some spare parts for the shower box that the plumber installed for me because they were probably lost during assembly or were not included in the package. The pieces were sent to me and arrived by express courier in less than a week without paying anything. this is truly great service.

Dopo appena un mese il top in legno su cui è appoggiato il lavandino ha cominciato ad aprirsi nella giuntura tra i pannelli facendo alzare il laminato. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente il difetto al rivenditore tramite il nostro architetto. Arcom ha declinato ogni responsabilità in quanto, a loro dire, non avevamo asciugato subito il piano. Trattandosi di un piano portalavabo è quantomai inverosimile pensare che lo si asciughi ad ogni uso e soprattutto che dopo solo UN MESE di utilizzo sia già sfaldato! La proposta di Arcom è stata quella di comprare un nuovo piano con un 20% di sconto, lungi da noi l'idea di avere un altro prodotto uguale!!! PS. La risposta di Arcom alla mia recensione conferma purtroppo la scarsa qualità dei loro prodotti. Se un top in legno pensato per un bagno dopo un mese si sfalda perché assorbe umidità , meglio non proporlo per il bagno! Sottolineo inoltre che non c'è stata mancanza di cura da parte nostra: allego foto per mostrare come i pannelli del piano si sono aperti e il truciolare che si vede è chiaro, indice questo che non è intriso d'acqua ma solo incollato male! Since this is a washbasin top, it is unlikely that it will dry with each use and above all that after only ONE MONTH of use it is already flaking! Arcom's proposal was to buy a new plan with a 20% discount, far be it from us to have another identical product !!! PS. Arcom's response to my review unfortunately confirms the poor quality of their products. If a wooden top designed for a bathroom falls apart after a month because it absorbs moisture, it is better not to propose it for the bathroom! I also stress that there has been no lack of care on our part: I am attaching photos to show how the panels of the top have opened and the chipboard that you can see is clear, indicating that it is not soaked in water but only badly glued!

Un azienda che si comporta così non merita di stare sul mercato...... Da evitare come la peste !! Ordered a bathroom cabinet in November ..... they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails ....... a disgrace !!! A company that behaves like this does not deserve to be on the market ...... To be avoided like the plague !!

Continue scuse, rimandi e procrastinamenti settimanali.. sconsiglio totalmente Bad! bathroom ordered in October with delivery before Christmas and not yet received. Io ho ordinato il faretto Spark ma mi hanno spedito il Nikita. Loro insistono che è corretto. Ma la foto nel sito Arcom dice il contrario. Capisco che non li producono loro, la Arcom compra a sua volta i faretti, però ciò vuol dire che non conoscono la merce che vendono.....inoltre una spiegazione ufficiale non mi è mai arrivata e mai sono stato contattato per chiarimenti...il tutto denota una pessima cura del cliente..... Sconsiglio con fermezza! I ordered a bathroom cabinet in February, which arrived in May. Everything ok except the mirror spotlight which is different. I ordered the Spark spotlight but they sent me the Nikita. They insist it is correct. But the photo on the Arcom website says otherwise. I understand that they do not produce them, Arcom in turn buys the spotlights, but this means that they do not know the goods they sell ..... moreover, an official explanation never reached me and I was never contacted for clarification .. . the whole denotes a bad customer care ..... I strongly advise against!
