Li ho contattati per un nuovo rivestimento di un loro divanoletto comprato anni fa, ma dopo aver ricevuto il preventivo e averlo anche accettato, non ho più avuto notizie. Ho telefonato più volte e la persona incaricata non era mai disponibile. Ho lasciato il mio numero e non sono mai stata richiamata. Ho riscritto un'ultima mail lasciando anche il mio cellulare, ma niente di niente, spariti. Hanno perso una vendita sicura, anche se di poco conto. Mi rivolgeró ad un tappezziere, mi dispiace Unfortunately I don't feel like sharing the good reviews. My experience through email and telephone was not the best. Una volta installato, ho fatto la felice scoperta dell'omaggio profuma-biancheria incluso nel letto. Il profumo è talmente gradevole che ora la mia famiglia vorrebbe mettere questo profumo anche nel resto delle stanze :-D Aggiungo anche che il campione di stoffa che l'azienda fornisce con il letto è una genialata! Mi hanno risparmiato la fatica di andarmene in giro con mazzette colore per tinteggiare le pareti in tonalità con il letto. Grazie!
