L'auto appena presa presentava i dischi ovalizzati e l'ho dovuta riparare a spese mie pur avendo la garanzia ( pagata 600€ ) per due anni. dopo un anno mi ritrovo con un problema alla macchina e scopro che dato che la mia aveva 120.000km , la garanzia copre solo il 34% del costo della riparazione per un massimo di 3000€ quindi 1000€. Ho pagato 600€ di garanzia per avere un massimale di 1000€ praticamente. Inoltre, gonfiano il prezzo del passaggio nel momento dell'acquisto.

il problema è in fase di vendita in quanto viene fatta pagare 600€ una garanzia che copre massimo 1000€ e non vedo il vantaggio.
Il secondo problema è che mi avete venduto un'auto con i dischi ovalizzati che vibrava tutta in frenata e non lo avete riconosciuto come difetto di conformità.
Il terzo problema è che gonfiate in costo del passaggio.

La macchina non era in filiale ma è arrivata in tempi brevissimi Dopo averla visionata ho fatto il contratto e mi è stata consegnata di sabato pulita tagliandata e sistemata.
Appena presa ho avuto un piccolo problema che mi è stato immediatamente sistemato senza nessun aggravio di spesa
