Eretto in un punto della strada costeggiato a nord e a sud da quartieri di abitazioni private, l'arco si trovava a breve distanza, verso est, dall'ingresso meridionale all'anfiteatro. L'arco era all'incirca: largo 10 metri, profondo 6 metri, e alto 13 metri.
It was located at the end of an important street in the city, which, it is assumed, divided the Akradina district from that of Neapolis, with an east-west course.
Erected at a point along the road bordered to the north and south by private residential quarters, the arch was a short distance to the east from the southern entrance to the amphitheater. The arch was approximately: 10 meters wide, 6 meters deep, and 13 meters high.
