★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The arch is one of its kind in the city and located in the port of Ancona. It is well-preseved and stands tall high on the top of the ancient wall.
It is one of the vestiges of Roman architecture among various which are located in the city.
A wide steps lead to the passage way of the arch and eventually to the pathways on the stop of the wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Arco di Traiano or Trajan's Arch in Benevento was built around 114 AD in honour of the Roman Emperor Trajan. It's situated at the edge of the centro storico of Benevento in the region of Campania.
Reaching a height of 15.6 metres, it takes its place in the panoply of sights in this historic city; a short walk from here are the Roman Theatre and the UNESCO World Heritage Santa Sofia Complex.
