★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pensate di entrare nella classica trattoria di una volta dove si mangia tanto e si spende poco allora non vi trovate nel posto giusto.
Qui ci si trova davanti ad una cucina prelibata e ricercata dove ogni piatto è studiato e ben presentato.
La scelta di materie prime di qualità ed un servizio attento rendono l'ospite felice di essere accompagnato e guidato nelle varie scelte.
Non ultimo e cosa molto apprezzata la scelta di bere anche un calice di vino anche pregiato che il ristoratore ha deciso di fornire tra una scelta molto ampia e curata di etichette di tutto rispetto. L'attenzione anche alle possibili intolleranze e/o allergie verso alcuni ingredienti fa capire quanta cura lo Chef Enrico metta nel suo lavoro al servizio del Cliente.
Inutile dire o soffermarsi sul fatto che un servizio del genera merita la giusta ricompensa in un conto che se pur caro è un piacere onorare.

Here you are faced with a delicious and refined cuisine where each dish is studied and well presented.
The choice of quality raw materials and attentive service make the guest happy to be accompanied and guided in the various choices.
Last but not least, the choice of drinking a glass of fine wine that the restaurateur has decided to provide among a very wide and well-kept choice of highly respected labels is very appreciated. The attention also to possible intolerances and / or allergies towards some ingredients makes us understand how much care Chef Enrico puts in his work at the customer's service.
Needless to say or dwell on the fact that a service of the generals deserves the just reward in an account that, although expensive, is a pleasure to honor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo: Great rib-eye steak 700 g. Beef from Poland, In Bassano region slaughtered and cut to pieces at restaurant in size of your choice before hitting the in-house open fireplace.
Each 100 g from 5,50 EUR to 7 EUR, depending on steak.
Primo: Tagliatelle con Porcini e Parmigiana. Excellent.
Wine selection enormous. Open bottles from Valpolicella.
Ambiente is rustic but fine. Suitable for lonely dinner or large groups.
