G	G DC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati all'ora di pranzo, la porta era chiusa e abbiamo pensato fosse chiuso il locale, per fortuna abbiamo provato a muovere la maniglia e siamo entrati. Hanno a disposizione pochi tavoli, l'ambiente è piccolo e accogliente, controllano il green pass (bene!). Il menù è dettato "a voce", come si usava una volta. La signora è molto gentile e loquace, spiega i piatti ad ogni portata senza essere mai invadente. Il marito è in cucina, taciturno e impegnato a preparare delle portate fantastiche. Sembra di mangiare dalla nonna pugliese, si sente bene il gusto dei prodotti locali, i piatti sono semplici ma di qualità. Ci hanno portato un piccolo entrée, poi abbiamo ordinato: un purè di fave con cipolla di Acquaviva caramellata (sublime), un fagioli con cicoria, due porzioni di orecchiette con sugo di braciola, un piattino di fiori di zucca fritti al momento, mezzo litro di rosso e due caffè. Pagato 37 euro, rapporto qualità/prezzo super! We stopped at lunchtime, the door was closed and we thought the place was closed, luckily we tried to move the handle and went inside. They have a few tables available, the environment is small and welcoming, they check the green pass (good!). The menu is dictated "by voice", as it was once used. The lady is very kind and talkative, she explains the dishes at each course without ever being intrusive. The husband is in the kitchen, taciturn and busy preparing some fantastic courses. It seems to eat from the Apulian grandmother, you can feel the taste of local products, the dishes are simple but of quality. They brought us a small entrée, then we ordered: a mashed fava beans with caramelized Acquaviva onion (sublime), a beans with chicory, two portions of orecchiette with chop sauce, a saucer of freshly fried courgette flowers, half a liter of red and two coffees. Paid 37 euros, super quality / price ratio!

Lo chef che è anche il proprietario molto gentile e pronto ad accontentare i suoi commensali. Specialità della casa sono i funghi preparati con maestria. Adatto anche ad una cucina vegetariana. Attento agli allergeni alimentari. Assolutamente consigliato. Superior category tavern, excellent freshly prepared dishes, excellent quality. The chef who is also the owner very kind and ready to please his diners. Specialty of the house are the mushrooms prepared with skill. Also suitable for vegetarian cuisine. Beware of food allergens. Absolutely recommended.
