Ci hanno fatto accomodare anche se il locale era pieno e abbiamo lasciato fare il cameriere con due piccoli antipasti vegetariani! Qualità pazzesca delle materie prime e fantastica semplicità! Veramente delizioso! Impromptu aperitif after leaving the confusion of Alberobello! Wandering around the center of Putignano we came across this fantastic restaurant. They made us sit even though the place was full and we left to be the waiter with two small vegetarian appetizers! Crazy quality of raw materials and fantastic simplicity! Really delicious!

Nel nome del locale c’è tutta la filosofia del ristorante, quindi se siete persone iperattive come me o lasciate perdere o vi abbandonate lasciandovi cullare dai piatti proposti dallo chef. In questo locale oltre alla carne molto buona, vengono proposti anche piatti per vegetariani. Il prezzo non è tra i più economici al quale vanno aggiunti i 3€ per il coperto che non sono pochi. Comunque una bella esperienza This restaurant is located in one of the small streets in the beautiful historic center of Putignano. In the name of the place there is the whole philosophy of the restaurant, so if you are hyperactive people like me, either forget about it or let yourself be lulled by the dishes proposed by the chef. In this place, in addition to very good meat, dishes for vegetarians are also offered. The price is not among the cheapest to which 3 € for the cover must be added which are not few. We had high hopes, however all the first courses, including the speciality red cabbage, were completely tasteless (I've never had to ask for salt before) and the main courses equally as bland and tough. From seeing all the other positive reviews I hope we were just unlucky enough to visit on an off night
