★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato C/o la struttura per una sola notte aderendo ad un pacchetto che comprendeva : pernottamento Spa ad uso privato con massaggio di 30 minuti a pax, più cena . Al ns arrivo che dire?! Gentilezza disponibilità cortesia e Giovanni , TUTTO SQUISITO. Camera comoda accogliente confortevole pulita. Quindi fino qua sin troppo bene . Spa: carina , comoda , pulizia meno , prima di noi c’era una coppia e non abbiamo trovato pulito , primo GRAVE ERRORE . All’arrivo dell’estetista , dato che i massaggi non erano di coppia ma uno alla volta , e doveva iniziare mio marito alle 18:30 , erano le 18:38 minuti il timer era già in uso , ma il massaggio non era ancora iniziato, nell’attesa decido di andarmene in camera , scendo alle 19:05 e mio marito aveva già finito!!! Quindi seconda pecca non da poco . Come entro l’estetista sempre con il timer in uso , senza darmi uno slip di carta con la sua borsa personale e giubbotto posti vicino al lettino , quindi rimango con il mio costume , bagnato , mi fa stendere sul lettino. Iniziano una serie di carezze , MASSAGGIO È UN ALTRA COSA FORSE NON LO SA, FORSE NON È NEANCHE ESTETISTA A QUESTO PUNTO. Stessa e identica cosa di mio marito solo 20 minuti!!! Come finisce di massaggiare diciamo, senza alcun tatto PROFESSIONALE, mi dice ad alta voce : signora il massaggio è finito grazie può andare?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️ si gira di lava le mani della serie su alzi subito e vada via…era evidente che fosse una esterna non facente parte dello staff alberghiero , perché ripeto sull’hotel NULLA DA RIDIRE , però care RAGAZZE SIGNORE QUANDO SI DECIDE DI FAR PARTE DEL MONDO DEL LAVORO DOVETE ESSERE CONSAPEVOLI CHE LA PROFESSIONALITÀ LA CONOSCENZA LA FORMA LA GENTILEZZA LA BUONA EDUCAZIONE È LA BASE PER STARE AL MONDO , ALTRIMENTI UNCINETTO COTONE CASA. La serata si è conclusa con un ottima cena !!! I sigg.ri Franco ringraziano hotel Park La Grave per la loro professionalità…. Ci ritorneremo, però CAMBIATE ESTETISTA?
 We stayed at the structure for one night only, joining a package that included: overnight Spa for private use with a 30-minute massage per pax, plus dinner. On arrival, what can I say ?! Kindness, courtesy and availability John, ALL DELICIOUS. Comfortable cozy comfortable clean room. So up here all too well. Spa: nice, comfortable, less clean, there was a couple before us and we didn't find it clean, the first SERIOUS ERROR. Upon arrival of the beautician, since the massages were not for couples but one at a time, and my husband had to start at 18:30, it was 18:38 minutes the timer was already in use, but the massage had not yet started , while waiting I decide to go to my room, I go down at 19:05 and my husband had already finished !!! So the second flaw is not just. As I enter the beautician, always with the timer in use, without giving me a paper slip with his personal bag and jacket placed near the bed, so I stay with my bathing suit, wet, he makes me lie down on the bed. They start a series of caresses, MASSAGE IS ANOTHER THING MAYBE YOU DON'T KNOW, MAYBE NOT EVEN BEAUTICIAN AT THIS POINT. Same thing as my husband only 20 minutes !!! As she finishes massaging let's say, without any PROFESSIONAL tact, she says aloud: lady the massage is over thank you can go immediately and go away ... it was evident that she was an external not part of the hotel staff, because I repeat the hotel NOTHING TO LAUGH, but dear GIRLS LORD WHEN YOU DECIDE TO BE PART OF THE WORLD OF WORK YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT THE PROFESSIONALISM KNOWLEDGE THE FORM KINDNESS GOOD EDUCATION IS THE BASIS FOR BEING IN THE WORLD, OTHERWISE CROCHET COTTON HOME. The evening ended with an excellent dinner !!! Messrs. Franco thank hotel Park La Grave for their professionalism…. We will be back, but CHANGE AESTHETIST?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo posto abbastanza pulito la ragazza alla reception é stata molto educata gentile e disponibile, come tutto il resto del personale. Insomma un posto dove passare un giorno per rilassarsi e curare il proprio corpo con centro benessere pulitissimo e disinfettato. Da ritornarci.
Great place quite clean the girl at the reception was very polite friendly and helpful, like all the other staff. In short, a place to spend a day to relax and take care of your body with a very clean and disinfected wellness center. To go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really beautiful truli sweet which was really quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool was usually nice and quite. Perfectly located if you want to visit the caves as it is literally just across the street and everything else isn't too far away. Beach is about a 20 minuet drive away.
