Bagni piccoli e sporchi nn c'è il phon letti a castello che sembrano quelli dei carcerati stanze prive di colori dentro cassetti c'è polvere briciole e di tutto.... Nn capisco come questo hotel possa avere 3 stelle sarebbe un hotel da 1 stella Rooms with only two outlets and far from the beds .. Small and dirty bathrooms nn there is the hair dryer bunk beds that look like those of prisoners rooms devoid of colors in drawers there is dust crumbs and everything ... Nn I understand how this hotel could have 3 stars it would be a 1 star hotel

Ordine e pulizia ok. Unica pecca mancano i climatizzatori, ma ho notato che mancano in tutta zona, bar compresi. Ma in un hotel ci dovrebbero stare Excellent food, you eat from God. Vicinissimo alle Grotte di castellana e ad altri siti di rilievo come Alberobello, Ostuni etc. Ho apprezzato il cibo, che ho reputato ottimo in rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camere ampie seppur leggermente datate, con la nota dolente derivante dai materassi non proprio comodissimi e dall'assenza dell'aria condizionata, motivo per il quale non posso dare 5 stelle. Excellent strategic position. Very close to the castle caves and other important sites such as Alberobello, Ostuni etc. I enjoyed the food, which I thought was very good value for money. Spacious albeit slightly dated, with sore arising from mattresses not really comfortable and the lack of air conditioning, which is why I can not give 5 stars.

L'arredamento non è modernizzato ma dispone di quasi tutti confort che si cercano in un albergo. Aria condizionata estate inverno, doccia calda e bagno spazioso. Il personale è gentile, accogliente preparato. Possibilità di cenare all'interno dello stesso con convenzioni per gruppi ed aziende. Cibo di ottima qualità e competenza sia in sala che in cucina. Per quanto riguarda la stanza dove ho passato 3 notti, posso dire che si presentava pulita e accurata su ogni dettaglio. Personale disponibile è cordiale. Older style hotel, but the services are excellent. The food prepared by the chef is really good; simple but very tasty dishes. As for the room where I spent 3 nights, I can say that it looked clean and accurate on every detail. Helpful staff is friendly.
