β β β β β Bello, ci sono stato con la scuola 3 notti, personale molto accogliente
L'hotel si gira bene 3 ascensori di cui una all'esterno, la sala colazione era al mio piano (terzo) quindi bene
Le camere sono tutte uguali in alcune c'Γ¨ la vasca in altre no
Solo che non c'Γ¨ differenza tra doppia singola e quadrupla .
Cibo discreto, la seconda sera invece cena di altissimo livello
 Nice, I was there with the school 3 nights, very welcoming staff
The hotel runs well 3 lifts one of which is outside, the breakfast room was on my (third) floor so fine
The rooms are all the same in some there is a bathtub in others not
Except that there is no difference between double single and quadruple.
Decent food, the second evening instead dinner of the highest level

Entriamo in camera e cβΓ¨ ne accorgiamo che non cβΓ¨ lβacqua Γ¨ arrivato alle 21:00 poca Γ¨ fredda niente acqua calda.
Camera anni 70 con poca pulizia, la colazione minimo indispensabile con tanti extra da pagare spremuta ecc.
In poche parole ve lo SCONSIGLIO al 100x100
Hi, we arrived on Easter day after booking with a request for a guarantee card (it can fit) upon arrival they ask us for advance payment, but the Amex card does not accept and guarantee?
We enter the room and we realize that there is no water arrived at 9:00 pm little is cold no hot water.
70's room with little cleaning, the bare minimum breakfast with lots of extras to pay for juice etc.
In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it at 100x100

β β β β β To be honest i wanted to give them a 3.5 starts as it's not that bad but it really needs a bit of an improvement. To be fair the room was spacious enough for me and husband the washroom is small specifically the shower area but expected as I'm in Europe.
The bed is comfortable and pillows are good as well. The breakfast is not fair to serve as we need options and variety of food in the morning. I say that coz they just served boiled eggs toast coffee cereal a few fruits and yogurt. My first time to experience in a 4 star hotel. Overall it's still not that baf place to stay but if they can make the improvements it'll be great.
