Così ho fatto,stamani mi sono recata in agenzia, ho trovato una signora non molto professionale e nemmeno gentile,di solito chi lavora nel settore viaggi, biglietterie ha il compito di essere preparato per ogni esigenza e non di "discutere e far passare il cliente per uno stupido.
