Fate attenzione ⚠ criticano booking ed expedia ma a fine vacanza scopro dall albergo che la prenotazione era stata fatta da uno di questi siti e che della loro agenzia non ne conoscevano neanche l esistenza! Prenotatevi la vacanza per conto vostro!!!! I do not recommend it. They offer you what they say, otherwise the answer they give you is the following: "it's a mess it's a mess!" Be careful ⚠ they criticize booking and expedia but at the end of the holiday I discover from the hotel that the booking was made by one of these sites and that their agency did not even know it existed! Book the holiday on your own !!!!

Siamo entrati ed abbiamo aspettato educatamente il nostro turno, salvo poi vedere che altri clienti, arrivati dopo di noi, venivano serviti prima! Quando, al secondo cliente che ci passava avanti, abbiamo protestato, sembrava che la colpa fosse nostra che avevamo aspettato il nostro turno. Se non avessimo avuto un buono considerevole da spendere lì, ce ne saremmo andati con tanti cari saluti! Diciamo loro cosa stiamo cercando, ci rispondono che riceveremo una e- mail che in effetti arriva. Le opzioni che ci propongono, non ci sono congeniali e chiediamo delle modifiche sempre tramite e- mail. Ad una settimana dalla nostra e- mail, nessun riscontro, per cui sollecitiamo. La giustificazione del ritardo è che stanno facendo tanti tentativi per trovare le migliori offerte e che anche loro pativano i tempi di risposta degli alberghi. Va bene, è possibile. La cosa strana è che a un paio d'ore dal mio sollecito telefonico, arriva una bella sfilza di possibili soluzioni di soggiorno. Le coincidenze... Mi dispiace, ma non ci torneremo mai più! I've always considered it one of the best (if not the best) travel agents in the area, but it was a BIG disappointment! We walked in and politely waited our turn, only to see that other customers, who arrived after us, were served first! When we complained to the second customer who passed us, it seemed that it was our fault that we had waited our turn. If we hadn't had a sizeable coupon to spend there, we would have left with a lot of regards! We tell them what we are looking for, they tell us that we will receive an e-mail that actually arrives. The options they propose to us are not congenial to us and we always ask for changes by e-mail. One week after our e-mail, no feedback, so we urge. The justification for the delay is that they are making many attempts to find the best deals and that they too suffered from the response times of the hotels. Okay, it is possible. The strange thing is that a couple of hours from my telephone reminder, a whole host of possible accommodation solutions arrive. The coincidences ... Sorry, but we will never go back!
