Giunti a destinazione ore 2 locali su quattro camere solo la nostra non è stata consegnata in quanto non risultava il pagamento. Siamo stati costretti a dormire sui divani della reception in quanto la direzione voleva essere pagata una caparra di euro 1280.00 finché non definivano con agenzia l avvenuto pagamento. Dopo mail e messaggi wapp la stanza l hanno consegnata alle 10 del giorno dopo. Al rientro la risposta dell Agenzia? Ci dispiace
Negative experience. Booked fully paid group trip to Egypt. Once at destination 2 hours out of four rooms only ours was not delivered as there was no payment. We were forced to sleep on the reception sofas as the management wanted to be paid a deposit of € 1280.00 until they agreed with the agency about the payment. After mail and wapp messages, the room was delivered at 10 am the next day. Upon returning the Agency's response? We are sorry
