Consiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi altrove.
Extreme incompetence, lack of clarity regarding the procedures and enormous difficulty in obtaining the reimbursement .. Even now we are awaiting the relative sum, which has been requested since the beginning of December.

Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, per colpa del covid ci sono stati dei problemini logistici prontamente risolti da Lucia che ci ha assistito in tutto e per tutto anche con il fuso orario, sempre disponibile e paziente, ha fatto di tutto e di più, mai avuto un'assistenza così in tanti anni di viaggi. Non smetteremo mai di ringraziarti per la nostra luna di miele da sogno in Messico. Al prossimo viaggio, non vediamo l'ora!
For our honeymoon we relied on the Riggi Tour and we could not have made a better choice. All taken care of in the smallest details, due to the covid there were logistical problems promptly resolved by Lucia who assisted us in all respects even with the time zone, always available and patient, did everything and more, never had such assistance in many years of travel. We will never stop thanking you for our dream honeymoon in Mexico. See you on your next trip, we can't wait!
