G	Giampiero Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AREA CAMPING. Ho soggiornato nell'area camping. Abbiamo trovato la struttura work-in-progress e sicuramente ha delle grandi potenzialità. Le piante predisposte per l'ombra sono ancora giovani, quindi di ombra ben poca. L'uso della piscina fa guadagnare sicuramente molti punti. L'incuria del verde non è giustificabile (erba alta anche a bordo piscina). Suggerisco vivamente di mettere una barriera fonoassorbente sul perimetro lato strada per abbattere il rumore di auto e moto....soprattutto di notte!!. Come detto la struttura ha delle grandi potenzialità ed in futuro sarà un piacere mettere 5 stelle!!! CAMPING AREA. I stayed in the camping area. We found the work-in-progress structure and it certainly has great potential. The plants predisposed for shade are still young, therefore of very little shade. The use of the swimming pool certainly earns many points. The neglect of greenery is not justifiable (tall grass even by the pool). I strongly suggest to put a sound-absorbing barrier on the street side perimeter to reduce the noise of cars and motorcycles .... especially at night !!. As said the structure has great potential and in the future it will be a pleasure to put 5 stars !!!
M	Maurizio Bianchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti dalla gentilissima sig.ra Brunella, gli appartamenti sono molto curati e spaziosi, all'esterno una bella piscina, tanto verde e in prossimità degli appartamenti un bel braciere per cuocere alla griglia. Il posto sarebbe veramente la patria del relax se non fosse che adiacente all'appartamento c'è un campeggio per tende e camper ,appartenente sempre alla struttura, in cui non vige alcuna regola del campeggio, il silenzio dalle 13 alle 15 e dalle 24 si è trasformato in caos totale h24, schiamazzi fino alle 3 del mattino, partita di calcio all' una di notte, campeggiatori in cerca di ombra che bivaccano davanti agli ingressi degli appartamenti. Speriamo che in futuro le regole base del campeggio vengano fatte osservare. Altra cosa poco gradita è stato vedere che i campeggiatori possono accedere a tutte le aree della casa, usufruendo di tavoli sedie griglia piscina sdrai esattamente come coloro che stanno in appartamento e che sono fuori dal campeggio stesso, pagando molto di più dei campeggiatori, non mi sembra corretto. Ci sono cose da sistemare, il capeggio mi pare una novità, Brunella avrà modo di sistemare le cose a dovere e farà tesoro di questa critica, nonostante tutto 4 stelle perchè il posto è bellissimo e nelle giornate prima del fine settimana sembrava di stare in paradiso. We stayed for 3 nights with the very kind Mrs. Brunella, the apartments are very nice and spacious, outside a beautiful swimming pool, very green and near the apartments a nice brazier to cook on the grill. The place would truly be the homeland of relaxation if it were not that adjacent to the apartment there is a camping for tents and campers, always belonging to the structure, where there is no camping rule, the silence from 13 to 15 and from 24 it is transformed into total chaos 24 hours a day, shouting until 3 in the morning, a football game at 1 in the morning, campers in search of shade who camp out in front of the entrances to the apartments. We hope that in the future the basic camping rules will be enforced. Another unpleasant thing was to see that campers can access all areas of the house, taking advantage of tables, chairs, grill, swimming pool, deckchairs exactly like those who are in the apartment and who are outside the campsite itself, paying much more than the campers, I don't seems correct. There are things to fix, the head seems to me a novelty, Brunella will be able to fix things properly and will treasure this criticism, despite everything 4 stars because the place is beautiful and in the days before the weekend it seemed to be in paradise .
M	Michele Zucchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dormito in tenda. Posto molto bello e ben gestito. Area camping nuova e in fase di "rodaggio" ma ottimo ambiente intimo e rilassante. Puliti e funzionali gli spazi comuni e la zona piscina. Unico neo zona un po' rumorosa per via della strada principale non distante dal campeggio e zona industriale sottostante. Nel complesso decisamente consigliato. Slept in a tent. Very nice and well managed place. New camping area in the "running-in" phase but an excellent, intimate and relaxing environment. The common areas and the pool area are clean and functional. The only drawback is that the area is a bit noisy due to the main road not far from the campsite and the industrial area below. Overall definitely recommended.
o	orietta aglietti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piscina sporca e poco curata.Abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria che la piscina era troppo piccola per contenere un numero così tanto elevato di persone visto che venivano anche da fuori e lei ci ha risposto che avendo un ristorante esterno tutti i clienti del ristorante ne potevano usufruirne.Un consiglio alla proprietaria di essere più umile accettando le critiche cosi da poter migliorare la propria struttura invece di rispondere con tono astio e superbia .Visto che anche le norme anti covid nn erano proprio rispettate . Dirty and poorly maintained pool.We pointed out to the owner that the pool was too small to hold such a large number of people as they also came from outside and she replied that having an external restaurant all the restaurant customers could use it . A tip to the owner to be more humble by accepting criticism so as to be able to improve their structure instead of responding with hatred and pride. Given that even the anti-covid rules were not really respected.

La signora gentile e disponibile ma sopravvalutata la propria struttura Terrible. Structure without borders. Above the highway. Zero shading. Price too expensive. We might as well sleep outdoors without a structure. The lady kind and helpful but overrated her own facility

Manca carico e scarico, praticamente un cantiere a cielo aperto, struttura lasciata un po' a se stessa, nessun servizio eccetto bagno e doccia su prefabbricato e corrente elettrica. Piscina poco curata. Proprietaria poco incline a ricevere critiche di qualsiasi tipo. Non si può pagare con il pos. Sono abbastanza stupito di tutte queste recensioni positive... forse c'è stato un cambio di gestione. Campsite absolutely not up to par. There is no loading and unloading, practically an open-air construction site, structure left somewhat to itself, no services except bathroom and shower on prefabricated and electricity. Poorly maintained swimming pool. Owner little inclined to receive criticism of any kind. You cannot pay with the pos. I am quite amazed at all these positive reviews ... maybe there has been a change in management.

Antica Dimora is a beautiful new guest house kept in classical style of a highlander country house. The mountains that surround the place as well as neighbouring town of Sarnano are undiscovered by many foreign tourist gems of Central Italy. All this combined with great hospitality of the owner made our an unforgettable experience
