M	Marco Gratti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia moglie volevamo approfittare di qualche ora di relax usufruendo del bonus terme. Lo richiediamo presso questa struttura e lo otteniamo entrambi. Mi domando come ci sia venuto in mente, è nata una odissea di 12 giorni che ha portato a non usufruire di un bel niente presso di loro e di non poter chiedere il bonus presso altra struttura. Scortesi, una gestione inesistente, giustificazioni incomprensibili, ultima operatrice che mi ha risposto al telefono mi ha detto che mi richiamava dopo qualche minuto sono passati 3 giorni, ho proposto 9 date per usufruire del bonus e quasi tutte infrasettimanali ma zero risposte. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di interfacciarvi con loro, andate altrove. My wife and I wanted to take advantage of a few hours of relaxation by taking advantage of the spa bonus. I strongly advise you not to interface with them, go elsewhere.

Una delle due stanze si sarebbe potuta sfruttare per qualcos'altro (grotta del sale, Terapie sensoriali di altro tipo o qualsiasi altra cosa...) Una vasca idromassaggio di 2x2 mt in una stanza di 3x4 non è per chi soffre gli spazzi piccoli. La piscina idromassaggio andrebbe più curata: muffa nei bordi vasca e sul tendaggio. Il resto: massaggi, sauna, sala relax e bagno turco(non usufruito a causa restrizioni COVID) nella norma. SPA day: Two practically identical whirlpools makes no sense ... One of the two rooms could have been used for something else (salt cave, other sensory therapies or whatever ...) A 2x2m hot tub in a 3x4m room is not for those who suffer from small spaces. The hydromassage pool needs more attention: mold on the sides of the pool and on the curtains. The rest: massages, sauna, relaxation room and Turkish bath (not used due to COVID restrictions) in the standard.

Chiamati ripetutamente dalla seconda metà di dicembre per poter prendere un appuntamento non hanno mai risposto né al fisso né al mobile. Sono stato richiamato per prendere un appuntamento solo dopo 2 mail di sollecito. Ho avuto l'impressione di una struttura in difficoltà nel momento di dover gestire un alto flusso di prenotazioni. Suggerirei una migliore organizzazione. La persona che risponde al cellulare è stata estremamente scortese. Selected through the spa bonus. E	Elisetta Eli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due amiche.. Abbiamo usufruito del bonus terme con alloggio al loro residence.. All'inizio un delirio.. Non hanno mai risposto al telefono.. Ma solo a qualche mail. Poi la sorpresa! I ragazzi dello staff gentili e disponibili.. Ambiente pulito e di recente costruzione a causa del terremoto.. Davvero oltre le nostre aspettative.. Considerando che è un paesino di montagna.. E non godono di gran fama come altre terme italiane.. Da gestire meglio l'organizzazione dei trattamenti.. Noi ne avremmo fatti altri.. Pagando a parte.. Ma sono stati invasi dalle prenotazioni e non sapevano come dividersi.. Torneremo sicuramente.. Magari senza questo boom dei bonus e godendo di qualche passaeggiata nei boschi e tra le cascate sarà ancora più carino! Consigliato.. Solo da avere un po' di pazienza visto restrizioni e incentivi! And they are not as famous as other Italian spas .. From better manage the organization of treatments .. We would have done others .. Paying separately .. But they were invaded by reservations and did not know how to divide .. We will definitely be back .. Maybe without this boom of bonuses and enjoying a few strolls in the woods and waterfalls will be even cuter! Recommended .. Just be patient with restrictions and incentives!

Nella zona inferiore l'ambiente ha luce diffusa e musica soft e si trovano sauna, docce emozionali, due vasche idromassaggio, zona relax con tisane e stanze per massaggi. L'ingresso é scaglionato per evitare affollamenti. Ottimo per passare qualche ora in totale relax. Personale molto disponibile Partially renovated two-level spa. The swimming pool area is the same as 15 years ago and should be refurbished. In the lower area, the environment has diffused light and soft music and there are saunas, emotional showers, two whirlpools, a relaxation area with herbal teas and massage rooms. The entrance is staggered to avoid crowds. Great for spending a few hours in total relaxation. Staff very helpful
