Ad un certo punto una donna (forse il gestore) si è messa a urlare insultando la gente e imponendogli di mettersi in fila quando avrebbe dovuto organizzarlo lei o chi di dovere. Vergogna. Frightening disorganization, people were all crowded, no barriers or in a serpentine line, really too many people ... At a certain point a woman (perhaps the manager) started screaming insulting people and forcing them to line up when she or whoever should have organized it. Shame.

Open day completamente non organizzato, la prossima volta non affidate compiti ai privati che non sappiano come attrezzarsi. File inesistenti, un ammasso di gente tutta accalcata con rischio di contagio altissimo. La "titolare" si è messa a gridare e insultare le persone perché non in fila, quando l'organizzazione era un suo compito! Open day covid vaccines Shame! Anche il bar è molto bello con tavolini all'aperto in cui poter passare del tempo. Peccato che manchino vasche e piscine termali in cui potersi immergere liberamente visto che l'attività principale è quello della clinica termale Very nice place with many specialists and care possible. Pessima organizzazione ci siamo trovati accalcati più di 1000 persone senza distanziamento ed i vaccini per noi arrivati alle 07:30 non c'erano più! C'era scritto di arrivare dalle 08 alle 13. Ci hanno mandato via in malo modo dicendoci che non ci avrebbero vaccinato perché loro avevano solo 350 vaccini e chi stava lì dalle 4 di mattina aveva già preso il numero. Ma come si possono avere solo 350 vaccini con un utenza così vasta? Vergognosa organizzazione dell'open Day vaccinale. La mia valutazione riguarda questo e non le terme che le hanno ospitate. I'm not talking about the Baths but about the Open Day for the vaccine organized for today. Bad organization we found ourselves crowded with more than 1000 people without distancing and the vaccines for us arrived at 07:30 were no longer there! It was written to arrive from 08 to 13. Anche se con molta fila l'attesa non è stata infinitamente lunga ,stazionati in vari punti della struttura abbiamo seguito un percorso x entrare correttamente nelle sale x le vaccinazioni, lo staff è molto professionale e cordiale.
