V	Vito Rap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO ; ovvero, se non ci sono problemi ok, ma se se ne presenta uno... vi racconto la mia esperienza: un bel giorno affittiamo due paia di ciaspole che a causa di scarsità di neve, non riusciamo a utilizzare. Torniamo nel negozio con le ciaspole mai aperte e nel solo spiegare della situazione , la signora si agita affermando che noi dovevamo cmq pagarle. Noi capiamo a pieno la sua richiesta, ma l'unica cosa che chiediamo è di venirci in contro nella misura che lei preferisce, promettendo di rimanere clienti. La signora arrogantemente non ha sentito ragioni e non ha elargito alcun tipo di sconto (avrebbe potuto farlo dato che le ciaspole in questione non avevano bisogno alcuno di pulizia o altro). La signora sarebbe potuta per un'attimo uscire dai canoni commerciali ed entrare nei canoni umani, ne avremo tenuto conto nei futuri acquisti, ma non lo ha fatto, facendoci pesare arrogantemente la situazione facendoci passare come se non volessimo pagare, quando la ns richiesta era solo di venirci incontro come Lei riteneva opportuno. Non per il costo dell'affitto (giustamento dovuto), ma per l'arroganza della signora, non torneremo mai più. AWFUL; that is, if there are no problems ok, but if there is one ... We go back to the shop with the snowshoes never open and in just explaining the situation, the lady agitates saying that we had to pay for them. We fully understand your request, but the only thing we ask is to come against us to the extent that you prefer, promising to remain customers. The lady arrogantly heard no reason and did not give any kind of discount (she could have done so since the snowshoes in question did not need any cleaning or anything else). The lady could have briefly left the commercial canons and entered the human canons, we would have taken this into account in future purchases, but she did not, making us arrogantly weigh the situation making us pass as if we did not want to pay, when our request was only to meet us as you thought appropriate. Not for the cost of the rent (due due), but for the arrogance of the lady, we will never return.

Ho noleggiato delle ciaspole e mi hanno spiegato il funzionamento con grande precisione e gentilezza. Assolutamente consigliato Very kind and super helpful.
