★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A due passi da casa trovi un piccolo centro termale che unisce storia e modernità e che ti accoglie e prende cura di te... Ed anche il ristorante si lascia ben apprezzare. Ritagliatevi un po' di tempo e fatevi un regalo...corpo e psiche vi ringrazieranno. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi a soddisfare ogni curiosità o bisogno. I trattamenti della signora Agnese, poi, contribuiranno a farvi tornare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ero mai stato ad un centro termale, tantissime volte ai centri benessere e Spa ma devo dire che è di gran lunga meglio rilassarsi tra i getti idromassaggio o solo stare dentro la piscina di un'acqua con proprietà come quella di questo centro.
La presenza di zolfo e magnesio permette al corpo di ricevere benefici sulla pelle che altrimenti non si potrebbero avere,l'ho vissuto in prima persona e lo garantisco.
Nel cuore della Valnerina a pochi minuti da Cascia, Norcia e Spoleto questo sito termale era già noto nell'antichità.
La struttura è bella,nuova e molto funzionale c'è tutto dal centro benessere con sauna,bagno turco(per covid non fruibile)piscina interna riscaldata con vari getti di bolle,piscina esterna con temperatura 27°/29°,al centro massaggi di cui abbiamo usufruito e siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi dal massaggio di coppia che consiglio vivamente (ringrazio ancora il massaggiatore e la massaggiatrice per l'intensità ed efficacia del massage).
Possibilità di prenotare diversi servizi con varie formule.

In the heart of the Valnerina, a few minutes from Cascia, Norcia and Spoleto, this thermal site was already known in ancient times.
The structure is beautiful, new and very functional there is everything from the wellness center with sauna, turkish bath (for covid not usable) heated indoor pool with various jets of bubbles, outdoor pool with temperature 27 ° / 29 °, to the massage center of which we used and were delighted by the couple's massage that I highly recommend (thank you again the masseur and the masseuse for the intensity and effectiveness of the massage).
Possibility to book different services with various formulas.

Ambienti ampi e puliti.
Personale gentile simpatico ed attento alle esigenze del cliente.
Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
L’acqua che alimenta lo stabilimento termale affiora dal sottosuolo alla temperatura di 31 gradi ed è ricca di minerali, tra cui zolfo e magnesio che la rendono terapeutica, e unica nella zona, non la solita Spa insomma.
La vasca esterna e la vasca termale interna, con idromassaggio, sono la vera chicca dell'impianto, zona sauna e bagno turco un po' piccole, ma funzionali.
Nella struttura c'è la possibilità di trattamenti estetici e massaggi, sono inoltre presenti un bar ed un discreto ristorante.

The water that feeds the spa emerges from the subsoil at a temperature of 31 degrees and is rich in minerals, including sulfur and magnesium that make it therapeutic, and unique in the area, not the usual spa.
The outdoor pool and the indoor thermal pool, with whirlpool, are the real gem of the facility, a small but functional sauna area and Turkish bath.
In the structure there is the possibility of beauty treatments and massages, there are also a bar and a discreet restaurant.

You can pay to access the external pool where the water is fairly warm, I swam there when outside was 8 degrees. In this pool you can collect sulfuric mud deposited on stones at the edge of the pool and apply to the skin.
In alternative you can pay to access also the spa, with this you can access sauna, steam room, relaxing bath, and different type of hydromassage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website said Sunny kids spa day that was supposed to come with several things. We drove two hours and when we first spoke to the desk, she told us it wasn't possible for us to use it. After a discussion, we were told we were limited to a certain area and our child was given specific limitations. Looked like a nice spa for adults, but the price you pay for the "Sunny kids" is not worth it and they don't provide what the site says. Make sure you call before you go.
