S	Simone Izzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albergo anni 80, molto ampio e spazioso ma con arredamento un pochino vetusto. Ottimo per grandi gruppi. Peggiorato molto il ristorante interno per la cena, sia come quantità che qualità. Buona la colazione. (Terme non provate per mancanza di tempo). 1980s hotel, very large and spacious but with a bit old-fashioned furniture. Great for large groups. The internal restaurant for dinner has worsened a lot, both in quantity and quality. Good breakfast. (Spas do not try for lack of time).

Le camere sono di una pulizia ineccepibile, il servizio del personale che lavora alle terme è semplicemente impeccabile. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato al ristorante dell'hotel, la cucina è molto buona e il servizio, anche lì, è insuperabile: personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura nel complesso non è moderna, ma la sua recente ristrutturazione la rende all'altezza delle aspettative. Si tratta di un luogo di relax e di cura, il cui centro d'interesse è il riposo, quindi è raccomandato a coloro che vogliono lasciarsi andare per qualche giorno nella natura. Fantastic experience we stayed in two for two nights and we enjoyed the spa treatments (mud and massage). The rooms are impeccably clean, the service of the staff working at the spa is simply impeccable. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food is very good and the service, even there, is unsurpassed: friendly and helpful staff. The property as a whole is not modern, but its recent refurbishment makes it live up to expectations. It is a place of relaxation and healing, whose center of interest is rest, so it is recommended for those who want to let themselves go for a few days in nature.
V	Valter Masi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel molto grande con camere sia da rinnovare sia già ristrutturate. Se pernottate per parecchi giorni consiglio di prendere camere più grandi. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Very large hotel with rooms both to be renovated and already refurbished. If you are staying for several days I recommend getting larger rooms. Very nice and welcoming staff.
M	Mounir Ben M'Barek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto é magico...immerso tra gli alberi e le magnifiche stratificazioni... ristrutturato per il piano terra ed il primo piano...il secondo piano é ad appannaggio delle ditte o lavoratori in generale che spendono (probabilmente) meno. 68€ circa per una singola. Con mezza pensione inclusa. La mezza pensione prevede una scelta tra 2 primi e 2 secondi e contorno, bevande escluse. Non é previsto andare alla carta e pagare a parte. Noi abbiamo deciso di andare a mangiare altrove. Purtroppo la stanza non si presenta bene. Essenziale. La doccia é incrostata di calcare ed il flusso é minimo. Muffa sulle pareti ed il rotolo di carta igienica era già usato. La colazione buonissima e ben assortita. Le tovaglie non sembravano stirate ed erano macchiate di vino di pasti precedenti (probabilmente qualche problema con la lavanderia). Infine la piscina termale...la temperatura era di circa 29 gradi e non sembrava ci fosse il ricircolo dell'acqua...non ho trovato ne flusso in ingresso ne sifoni in uscita...le docce a disposizione della piscina non funzionavano. Nel complesso se per lavoro può andare. The place is magical ... surrounded by trees and magnificent stratifications ... renovated for the ground floor and the first floor ... the second floor is the prerogative of companies or workers in general who spend (probably) less. Approximately € 68 for a single. With half board included. Half board includes a choice between 2 first and 2 second courses and a side dish, drinks not included. It is not foreseen to go to the card and pay separately. We have decided to go and eat elsewhere. Unfortunately the room does not look good. Essential. The shower is encrusted with limestone and the flow is minimal. Mold on the walls and the toilet roll was already used. The delicious and well-assorted breakfast. The tablecloths did not look ironed and were stained with wine from previous meals (probably some problems with the laundry). Finally the thermal pool ... the temperature was about 29 degrees and there seemed to be no recirculation of the water ... I did not find any flow in the entrance or siphons out ... the showers available to the pool did not work. Overall if for work it can go.

N	Nowhere Gallery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pictures are not showing the reality on the app Bookings, instead are misleading to make think the place is more polished . Location looks nice as it is in the middle of nature but the hotel is only in part refurbished the other parts are very old and run down. The new rooms are pricy and not include The old pool is nasty and the outside hydromassage is not warm. The new SPA ,which is basic, cost extra 80€ ? All the therapies including muds are at extra cost. Maybe there are some deals but no one really explain me anything when i arrived. The famous cave is closed as it is falling apart!
