★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo, spa stupenda, massaggio incredibile, camere carine e con tutto il necessario. Servizio pessimo: abbiamo prenotato una suite con cucina. Una volta in struttura ci hanno chiesto un supplemento di 50 euro per poterla utilizzare, senza averlo precedentemente specificato. Personale freddo e non qualificato, apparte le massaggiatrici, bravissime. L'accoglienza e la cura del cliente sono di fondamentale importanza, più di ogni cosa.
 Beautiful place, amazing spa, amazing massage, nice rooms and everything you need. Bad service: we booked a suite with a kitchen. Once in the structure they asked us for a supplement of 50 euros to be able to use it, without having previously specified it. Cold and unqualified staff, apart from the masseuses, very good. The welcome and customer care are of fundamental importance, more than anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è molto bella, panoramica, pulita,il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, ma pur essendo un posto stupendo ho notato un po' di lacune, il letto aveva un copri materasso di plastica che era rumoroso ogni volta che cambiavi posizione. La finestra del saloncino, anta sx non si chiudeva. La colazione a richiesta mi hanno accontentato però come esposizione e proposizione non era al pari della struttura, dolci scoperti e tolti quelli, poco assortimento. Il signor Fortunato ci ha sempre consigliato bene per la ristorazione esterna, ma sicuramente potrebbe fare di più per la sua struttura. Fortunato occhio alla processionaria che può davvero portare gravi problemi. Voto 7
The structure is very nice, panoramic, clean, the staff is kind and always helpful, but despite being a beautiful place I noticed some shortcomings, the bed had a plastic mattress cover which was noisy every time you changed position. The window of the sitting room, left door, did not close. The breakfast on request satisfied me, however, as exposure and proposition was not like the structure, sweets discovered and removed those, little assortment. Mr. Fortunato has always advised us well for external catering, but he could certainly do more for his structure. Lucky eye on the processionary that can really bring serious problems. Grade 7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero positiva. La camera è dotata di ogni confort, molto accogliente e pulita. La spa è piccolina ma questo la rende più riservata e graziosa. Inoltre ha una grotta di sale che non si vede spesso, è originale. Personale gentile e con grande disponibilità e flessibilità degli orari. Luogo tranquillo, perfetto per un po’ di relax.
Really good experience. The room is equipped with every comfort, very welcoming and clean. The spa is small but this makes it more private and graceful. It also has a salt cave that you don't see often, it's original. Friendly staff with great availability and flexibility of schedules. Quiet place, perfect for a little relaxation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is updated by the decoration but walls are like paper. Reception opening times are no where to be found and skills in english are poor. Otherwise hotel is located in a quiet village and surrounded by beautiful italian landscapes.
