★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben forniti ma una volta venduta non si interessa minimamente se hai un problema, mio marito ha acquistato delle scarpe da trekking che avevano un problema di appoggio su una delle 2 scuole e quindi causava dolore e fastidio e quando siamo andati a chiedere se era possibile un cambio o almeno di far verificare in ditta hanno detto che non potevano far nulla. Sentivano la ditta e ci avrebbero fatto sapere... è passato quasi un mese ormai... niente, ormai abbiamo rinunciato...
Well supplied but once sold, you are not interested at all if you have a problem, my husband bought some trekking shoes that had a problem of support on one of the 2 schools and therefore caused pain and discomfort and when we went to ask if it was possible a change or at least to have the company verified they said they could do nothing. They heard the company and they would let us know ... it's been almost a month now ... nothing, now we've given up ...
