Young, nice owners, helpful and kind. Spacious and clean rooms with tv. Strategic point both for trekking and for visiting the surrounding areas of the Sibillini. Scoiattoli giocherelloni , stanze comode e spaziose e la cortesia dei due giovani proprietari , completano il quadro. Esperienza di soggiorno piacevolissima anche per i piatti con specialità locali. Eccellente !!! Magnificent position and context of absolute pleasantness. Playful squirrels, comfortable and spacious rooms and the courtesy of the two young owners complete the picture. A pleasant stay experience also for the dishes with local specialties. Excellent !!!
A	Annarosa Mancinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentre uscivamo dal cancello ci siamo ripromessi di tornare. Per me, marchigiana d'origine, è stata una bella scoperta. Premetto che sono alquanto esigente. Ma è stato un breve soggiorno che ha lasciato il segno. L'accoglienza dei Proprietari è sicuramente la prima gradevole sorpresa. La location è nuova e tenuta benissimo. Pulizia e ordine ovunque. Bellissima la piscina. Ovunque ci si giri, i panorami e gli scorci che la circondano ti catturano subito. Senza contare che la Proprietaria ha avuto cura di raccontarceli. La camera ampia e 'coccola'. Abbiamo anche cenato. Ottime pappardelle al cinghiale precedute da crostini assortiti. Colazione abbondante. Inizio vacanze ottimo As we exited the gate we promised ourselves to return. For me, originally from the Marche region, it was a nice discovery. I state that I am quite demanding. But it was a short stay that left its mark. The welcome of the owners is certainly the first pleasant surprise. The location is new and very well kept. Cleanliness and order everywhere. The swimming pool is beautiful. Wherever you turn, the views and glimpses that surround it immediately capture you. Not to mention that the owner took care to tell us about them. The large room is 'cuddle'. We also had dinner. Excellent pappardelle with wild boar preceded by assorted croutons. Abundant breakfast. Great holiday start

Il posto è veramente un incanto immerso nel verde, nella pace e nella natura incontaminata dei monti Sibillini..!La struttura è nuovissima, ben tenuta con una bellissima vista panoramica!! I prezzi sono onestissimi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera "ginestra", una camera molto spaziosa con mobilio nuovo e pulitissima,c'era anche l'aria condizionata anche se non l'abbiamo accesa perché la temperatura è stata ottima. A coronare il tutto la professionalità e cordialità dei gestori : due graziosissimi ragazzi (Heloise e Shepp) giovanissimi pieni di entusiasmo e iniziative pronti ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta.. La seconda sera (solo per aver espresso la meraviglia di un punto panoramico) ci hanno apparecchiato un tavolino proprio in quel punto!! Meraviglioso... Abbiamo cenato a lume di candela con del buon vino rosso, un abbondante tagliere con salumi e formaggi del posto... Anche la colazione è ottima e abbondante (dolce e salato). Poi c'è una bellissima piscina con idromassaggio con una bellissima vista... Anche questa una struttura nuova pulita e ben tenuta... Un vero toccasana quando si tornava dalle ns escursioni. Davvero un incanto... Ci ritorneremo con i ns figli perché ci sono tante cose da fare e da vedere che 3 giorni non sono bastati! Grazie mille! A presto (Francesca e Andrea) I think a more appropriate name for this fabulous farmhouse does not exist ... The place is truly an enchantment surrounded by greenery, peace and unspoiled nature of the Sibillini mountains ..! The property is brand new, well maintained with a beautiful panoramic view! ! The prices are very fair. We stayed in the "broom" room, a very spacious room with new and very clean furniture, there was also the air conditioning even if we did not turn it on because the temperature was excellent. To crown it all the professionalism and cordiality of the managers: two very young guys (Heloise and Shepp) full of enthusiasm and initiatives ready to fulfill our every request. set a table right at that point !! Wonderful ... We dined by candlelight with good red wine, a plentiful platter with local cold cuts and cheeses ... The breakfast is also excellent and abundant (sweet and salty). Then there is a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage with a beautiful view ... This is also a new, clean and well-kept facility ... A real cure-all when you came back from our excursions. The place in itself was gorgeous too. With a terrace where you have a magnificent view of the Monti Sibillini panorama, where you can order your breakfast, aperitifs, drinks and/or "un tagliere". The young owner can advise you with an incredible kindness for your visits, and that is always very appreciated. We recommend "L'incanto de Sibillini" to whom wants to relax in an exotic and restful place !
D	Dorian Ravaute on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful host and place. We stayed there for a few days with my friends, the host made everything perfect, was helpful and devoted. The place is located in a beautiful countryside with an amazing view on the mountains, plus the swimmingpool is quite big and also offer an amazing view :) I genuinely and strongly recommend, Dorian
